7-8歲兒童柔韌素質(zhì)發(fā)展的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在兒童時(shí)期人體的柔韌素質(zhì)發(fā)展最快。從人體生理學(xué)的角度上講:兒童處于柔韌素質(zhì)發(fā)展的敏感期,如果在這段時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn)行柔韌性練習(xí)會(huì)較大的促進(jìn)柔韌素質(zhì)的發(fā)展,提高兒童的體質(zhì)健康水平。而且在兒童時(shí)期,由于心臟和肌肉發(fā)育的不完全,不應(yīng)該在練習(xí)中加入過多的力量和耐力素質(zhì)練習(xí)。在這一時(shí)期內(nèi)進(jìn)行較多的柔韌性練習(xí)是最為合適的。論文以中國石油大學(xué)附屬小學(xué)二年級(jí)學(xué)生為例,隨機(jī)抽取中國石油大學(xué)附屬小學(xué)二年級(jí)4個(gè)班學(xué)生為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,5班和6班為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,7班和8班為對(duì)照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)間為16周。實(shí)驗(yàn)前先進(jìn)行一次測試,實(shí)驗(yàn)后再進(jìn)行一次總測試,測試的指標(biāo)大部分采用國家小學(xué)生二年級(jí)體制健康測試指標(biāo)(50米、側(cè)向投沙包、400米跑、坐位體前屈、10米折返跑、10米榴蓮球)。16周后,收集實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的測試數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組二年級(jí)學(xué)生在實(shí)驗(yàn)前和實(shí)驗(yàn)后的各項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)指標(biāo)(速度、力量、耐力、柔韌、靈敏、平衡)進(jìn)行歸納、分析和總結(jié),探索柔韌性練習(xí)對(duì)于7-8歲兒童身體素質(zhì)發(fā)展的影響。研究結(jié)論主要有:1.柔韌性練習(xí)大幅度的促進(jìn)了7-8歲兒童柔韌素質(zhì)的發(fā)展。2.柔韌性練習(xí)對(duì)7-8歲兒童速度素質(zhì)的發(fā)展有較大的促進(jìn)作用。3.柔韌性練習(xí)促進(jìn)了7-8歲兒童靈敏素質(zhì)的發(fā)展。4.柔韌性練習(xí)可以促進(jìn)7-8歲兒童平衡素質(zhì)的發(fā)展。5.在實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組測試成績?cè)鲩L幅度的配對(duì)樣本T檢驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)兩組學(xué)生力量、耐力素質(zhì)的增長幅度沒有顯著性差異,柔韌性練習(xí)對(duì)7-8歲兒童的耐力素質(zhì)和力量素質(zhì)發(fā)展的作用并不突出,但是實(shí)驗(yàn)組耐力素質(zhì)的增長幅度要大于對(duì)照組,表明柔韌性練習(xí)對(duì)于7-8歲兒童的耐力素質(zhì)發(fā)展還是有一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:The body's flexibility develops fastest in childhood. From the point of view of human physiology, children are in the sensitive period of flexibility development. If flexibility exercises are carried out during this period, it will promote the development of flexibility and improve the physical health of children. And in childhood, due to incomplete heart and muscle development, too much strength and endurance should not be added to the exercise. It is most appropriate to do more flexibility exercises during this period. Taking the sophomore students of the affiliated primary schools of China University of Petroleum as an example, this paper randomly selected 4 students from the second grade of the affiliated primary schools of China University of Petroleum University as the experimental objects, five and six classes as the experimental groups, and seven and eight classes as the control groups. The experimental time was 16 weeks. A test was conducted before the experiment, and then a general test was conducted after the experiment. Most of the indicators used in the test were the national primary school students' second grade system health test index (50m, lateral sandbag, 400m run, sitting position forward flexion, 10m reverse run). After 16 weeks, the test data were collected before and after the experiment, and the physical quality indexes (speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and agility) of the second graders in the experimental group and the control group were measured before and after the experiment. To explore the effects of flexibility exercises on the physical development of children aged 7-8. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Flexibility exercises greatly promoted the development of flexibility of children aged 7-8. 2. Flexibility exercises have a greater role in promoting the development of speed quality of children aged 7-8 years. 3. Flexibility exercises promote the development of sensitive qualities in children aged 7-8. 4. Flexibility exercises can promote the development of balance quality of children aged 7-8. 5. There was no significant difference in strength and endurance quality between the two groups in the matched sample T test of the increasing range of test results in the experimental group and the control group. The effect of flexibility exercise on endurance quality and strength quality development of children aged 7-8 years was not prominent, but the increase of endurance quality in experimental group was larger than that in control group. The results indicate that flexibility exercises can promote the development of endurance quality of children aged 7-8 years.
