中外籍英語教師課堂互動(dòng)模式及學(xué)生滿意度對(duì)比研究

  本研究采用弗蘭德斯互動(dòng)分析法,用時(shí)間抽樣的辦法,對(duì)比分析中外籍英語教師課堂互動(dòng)模式的異同。通過調(diào)查問卷和訪談,探討學(xué)生對(duì)中外籍英語教師課堂互動(dòng)模式的滿意程度,并分析了課堂互動(dòng)模式與學(xué)生滿意度的相關(guān)性。本研究回答了以下三個(gè)主要問題:(1)中外籍英語教師課堂互動(dòng)模式是否存在差異?(2)學(xué)生對(duì)中外籍英語教師課堂互動(dòng)模式的滿意度是否存在差異?(3)課堂互動(dòng)模式與學(xué)生滿意度之間是否存在關(guān)系?本研究選取一所開展外教課程且擁有優(yōu)質(zhì)師生資源的小學(xué)為研究案例。通過校長推薦,與各位老師進(jìn)行協(xié)商溝通后,該小學(xué)的3個(gè)高年級(jí)(五、六年級(jí))班級(jí)全體學(xué)生及其中外籍英語教師參與了該研究。通過弗蘭德斯互動(dòng)分析系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行課堂觀察,依照改良版的編碼記錄課堂行為后,將編碼錄入表格以及矩陣,分析課堂中教師授課、學(xué)生討論、師生問答、師生交流協(xié)商等行為的占比,從而分別總結(jié)出中外籍教師課堂互動(dòng)模式并進(jìn)行對(duì)比。為確保研究的客觀性,本研究根據(jù)弗蘭德斯編碼以及Wubbles提出的教師互動(dòng)行為量表設(shè)計(jì)了“教師互動(dòng)行為的調(diào)查問卷”以及與其相對(duì)應(yīng)的“學(xué)生互動(dòng)滿意度的調(diào)查問卷”,經(jīng)過信度、效度檢驗(yàn)后,投入使用,使用SPSS17.0軟件分析數(shù)據(jù)。在數(shù)...
