【摘要】：企業(yè)參與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理機(jī)制實(shí)質(zhì)上是一種高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能型人才培養(yǎng)治理結(jié)構(gòu)。創(chuàng)新中國(guó)特色的企業(yè)參與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理機(jī)制,要堅(jiān)持立德樹(shù)人這一根本任務(wù),厘清機(jī)制創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)在邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),處理好"國(guó)際通行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"與"中國(guó)特色"之間形神兼?zhèn)涞年P(guān)系。運(yùn)用交易費(fèi)用的分析框架,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)較高的交易費(fèi)用和成本付出是制約企業(yè)積極參與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理的重要因素。增強(qiáng)我國(guó)企業(yè)參與現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理的套牢效能,政府作為現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的重要治理主體,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)性現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育立法,"賦權(quán)"和"賦能"加強(qiáng)行業(yè)組織建設(shè),搭建"企校通"公共智慧服務(wù)平臺(tái)以及建立健全職業(yè)院校內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保證體系等加強(qiáng)制度供給,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)參與治理機(jī)制的創(chuàng)新,有效降低企業(yè)參與治理的成本付出。
[Abstract]:Enterprise participation in modern vocational education governance mechanism is essentially a high-quality technical talent training governance structure. To innovate enterprises with Chinese characteristics to participate in the governance mechanism of modern vocational education, we should adhere to the fundamental task of building up people by virtue, and clarify the internal logical structure of mechanism innovation. Deal with the relationship between international standards and Chinese characteristics. By using the analysis frame of transaction cost, it can be found that high transaction cost and cost pay are the important factors restricting enterprises' active participation in the management of modern vocational education. The government, as an important governing body of modern vocational education, should strengthen the legislation of systematic modern vocational education, "empower" and "empower" to strengthen the construction of trade organizations. To set up the public wisdom service platform of "enterprise and school communication" and to establish and perfect the internal quality assurance system of vocational colleges and universities, to strengthen the system supply, to realize the innovation of enterprise participation in governance mechanism, and to effectively reduce the cost of enterprise participation in governance.
