【摘要】：近年來,高等職業(yè)教育作為我國高等教育體系中新的類型得到了快速發(fā)展,為緩解我國高技能應(yīng)用型人才的緊缺狀況,更好地服務(wù)于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。“十一五”期間,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了快速發(fā)展,為各項(xiàng)工作的開展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)；“十二五”的規(guī)劃為各項(xiàng)工作的進(jìn)行指明了方向。伴隨著我國宏觀調(diào)控的加強(qiáng),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展日趨區(qū)域化、地方化。遵循“科教興國、科教興省、科教興市”的方針策略,我國的教育事業(yè)面臨良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。高職教育以服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)為主要目標(biāo),其發(fā)展方向、規(guī)模、速度與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)息息相關(guān)。 本人擬在前人已有的理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)山東省高職教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行考察、研究和分析,根據(jù)現(xiàn)存的表面現(xiàn)象分析其內(nèi)在原因,尋找二者的相互作用機(jī)制,探索兩者的聯(lián)系和規(guī)律,為高職教育的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)和可操作的措施。 文章首先對(duì)高職教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系研究進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述,歸納了國際國內(nèi)專家學(xué)者對(duì)這一問題的研究結(jié)論。其次,一方面,通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析山東省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀,歸納總結(jié)當(dāng)前山東省人才需求現(xiàn)狀；另一方面,對(duì)山東省內(nèi)高職院校的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,尋找其依托區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的規(guī)律及與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的表現(xiàn)形式,進(jìn)而總結(jié)出高職院校在發(fā)展過程中面臨的各種困境。最后從政府、學(xué)校、企業(yè)三方面入手提出高職院校走出困境的合理化建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational education, as a new type of higher education system in China, has been developed rapidly, which has made outstanding contributions to alleviate the shortage of high-skilled applied talents and to better serve the social and economic construction. During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, the economy of our country has been developed rapidly, which has laid a solid foundation for the development of the work, and the plan of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan has pointed out the direction of the work. With the strengthening of macro-control in China, economic development is becoming regionalized and localized. Following the policy of "revitalizing the country through science and education, revitalizing the province through science and education, and revitalizing the city through science and education", China's educational undertakings are faced with good opportunities for development. The aim of higher vocational education is to serve regional economy, and its development direction, scale and speed are closely related to regional economy. On the basis of the previous theoretical research, I intend to investigate the current situation of the relationship between higher vocational education and regional economy in Shandong Province, study and analyze, analyze its internal reasons according to the existing surface phenomenon, and find out the interaction mechanism of the two. In order to provide theoretical basis and operational measures for the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education, this paper explores the relationship and law between the two. This paper firstly summarizes the research on the harmonious relationship between higher vocational education and regional economy, and sums up the research conclusions of international and domestic experts and scholars on this issue. Secondly, on the one hand, through the statistical analysis of the current situation of regional economy in Shandong Province, summed up the current situation of talent demand in Shandong Province; On the other hand, this paper analyzes the present situation of higher vocational colleges in Shandong province, and finds out the rules of regional economic development and the expression forms of coordinated development with regional economy, and then summarizes the difficulties that vocational colleges are facing in the process of development. Finally, from the government, school, enterprise three aspects to put forward the rationalization of higher vocational colleges out of difficulties.
