【摘要】：職業(yè)教育是技術(shù)技能積累的重要平臺(tái)。基于校企協(xié)同的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)技能積累,有助于技術(shù)技能的積累、傳承和創(chuàng)新,促進(jìn)技術(shù)技能人才素質(zhì)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、引進(jìn)和改造的同步提高。面對(duì)我國技術(shù)技能積累機(jī)制存在的校企協(xié)同層次低、范圍窄、職業(yè)院校參與程度不夠、參與動(dòng)力不足等一系列問題,采用博弈分析法尋求校企協(xié)同中各方的共同利益源,從動(dòng)力機(jī)制、激勵(lì)機(jī)制、效益評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制以及反饋提高機(jī)制四個(gè)維度構(gòu)建校企協(xié)同的技術(shù)技能積累機(jī)制,有效促進(jìn)技術(shù)技能積累機(jī)制的深層次展開,全面提升技術(shù)技能人才的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,更好地服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important platform for the accumulation of technical skills. The realization of technological skill accumulation based on the cooperation of school and enterprise is helpful to the accumulation, inheritance and innovation of technical skills, and promotes the quality of technical skill talents and technological innovation, and the synchronous improvement of introduction and transformation. In the face of a series of problems such as low level, narrow scope, insufficient degree of participation and insufficient motivation of participation in the mechanism of technological skill accumulation in our country, the game analysis method is used to seek the common benefit source of all parties in the cooperation between school and enterprise. From the four dimensions of motivation mechanism, incentive mechanism, benefit evaluation mechanism and feedback improvement mechanism, this paper constructs the technology skill accumulation mechanism of the cooperation between school and enterprise, and effectively promotes the deep level development of the technology skill accumulation mechanism. Improve the training quality of technical talents in an all-round way, and better serve the transformation of economic growth mode and industrial transformation and upgrading
