職業(yè)學校作為印尼全國教育的子系統(tǒng)之一,在創(chuàng)造優(yōu)質(zhì)人力資源方面占據(jù)著戰(zhàn)略地位。因此,職業(yè)教育有望成為提高印尼人民素質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)。但是,在職業(yè)教育的實施中,期望與現(xiàn)實之間的差距是一個教育專家和從業(yè)者始終所討論的話題。主要問題是有關(guān)工作需求或社會需求與畢業(yè)生之間的不匹配。職業(yè)高中學習過程的相關(guān)因素會影響到其畢業(yè)生的質(zhì)量。作為職業(yè)學校的管理人員(校長、教師和學校行政人員)必須能夠通過采取適當有效的策略來應(yīng)對所有周圍環(huán)境帶來的挑戰(zhàn),從而觀察并做出反應(yīng)。職業(yè)高中的周圍環(huán)境對其教學運作有極大的影響,例如職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域中的各種潛力和條件、競爭狀況、教育客戶和研究生用戶的狀況。這項研究強調(diào)了在賦予職業(yè)高中權(quán)力以準備畢業(yè)生具有工作準備方面的戰(zhàn)略管理,包括制定管理策略,實施管理策略,評估和控制印尼職業(yè)高中賦予權(quán)力的管理策略。該研究還研究了校長作為高級管理人員的作用。這項研究中,主要的問題是:(1)印尼目前在授權(quán)職業(yè)高中有哪些管理策略;(2)印尼實施職業(yè)高中的管理面臨哪些障礙。該問題旨在找出管理策略如何增強印尼的職業(yè)中學能力,其中包括學校的愿景、使命、目標,運營實施、管理職能的實施以及校長的職能和作用。此外,此研究將...
