【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展以及“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,開拓國際市場(chǎng),轉(zhuǎn)移過剩的產(chǎn)能是保持工程承包業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及國家經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需要。我國越來越多的建筑企業(yè)走出國門,經(jīng)過三十多年的發(fā)展,我國國際工程承包企業(yè)取得了一系列成就。然而國際工程承包環(huán)境動(dòng)蕩變化,國際工程承包市場(chǎng)不斷出現(xiàn)新的特征,使得我國國際工程承包企業(yè)在高速發(fā)展的同時(shí)暴露出諸多問題,嚴(yán)重制約著國際工程承包業(yè)的可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng),我國國際工程承包業(yè)亟待從粗放型規(guī)模擴(kuò)張向精益化可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)變。然而可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)是我國學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的新問題,國際工程的可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)理論亟待得到完善。本文就是從這個(gè)角度出發(fā),首先對(duì)當(dāng)前的國際工程承包和可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)理論進(jìn)行綜述,對(duì)可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)涵及影響因素進(jìn)行了深入剖析。并提出針對(duì)國際工程承包企業(yè)將可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)能力定義為生命力、成長(zhǎng)力、適應(yīng)力、自我調(diào)節(jié)能力五個(gè)部分；其次,通過對(duì)國際頂級(jí)承包商的成長(zhǎng)歷史進(jìn)行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)其業(yè)務(wù)特征與其特有的成長(zhǎng)路徑密切相關(guān),并據(jù)此提出國際工程承包企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)的五個(gè)可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)階段；并基于可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)能力和階段建立了國際工程承包企業(yè)的可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)模型及可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)體系；再次,站在中國國際工程承包企業(yè)的視角上分析了其實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)的目標(biāo)和障礙,建立了中國國際工程承包企業(yè)的可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)路徑模型,并為了保證路徑模型的實(shí)現(xiàn),深入剖析了可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)能力的生成與培育；最后,在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以一個(gè)中國企業(yè)為實(shí)例,運(yùn)用層次分析法以及模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)其可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。本文的研究從一個(gè)較為新穎的視角,揭示了國際工程承包企業(yè)可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展規(guī)律及其實(shí)現(xiàn)的方法和路徑,并對(duì)路徑實(shí)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)——可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)能力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,將為國際工程承包企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the implementation of the "going out" strategy, it is necessary to develop the international market and transfer excess production capacity to maintain the sustainable development of the project contracting industry and the healthy development of the national economy. More and more construction enterprises in our country go abroad. After more than 30 years' development, China's international engineering contracting enterprises have made a series of achievements. However, the turbulent changes in the international engineering contracting environment and the continuous emergence of new features in the international engineering contracting market have exposed many problems in the rapid development of our country's international engineering contracting enterprises. The sustainable growth of international engineering contracting industry is seriously restricted. It is urgent for China's international engineering contracting industry to change from extensive scale expansion to lean sustainable growth. However, sustainable growth is a new problem in Chinese academic field, and the theory of sustainable growth of international engineering needs to be improved. From this point of view, this paper first summarizes the current theories of international engineering contracting and sustainable growth, and deeply analyzes the connotation and influencing factors of sustainable growth. The sustainable growth ability is defined as vitality, growth ability, adaptability and self-adjustment ability for international engineering contracting enterprises. Secondly, through the research on the growth history of the international top contractors, it is found that its business characteristics are closely related to its unique growth path, and based on this, five sustainable growth stages are proposed for international engineering contracting enterprises to achieve sustainable growth. Based on the ability and stage of sustainable growth, the sustainable growth model and sustainable growth index system of international project contracting enterprises are established. Thirdly, from the angle of view of Chinese international engineering contracting enterprises, this paper analyzes the goals and obstacles to achieve sustainable growth, and establishes the sustainable growth path model of Chinese international engineering contracting enterprises, and in order to ensure the realization of the path model, The generation and cultivation of sustainable growth ability are deeply analyzed. Finally, on the basis of qualitative analysis, a Chinese enterprise is taken as an example to evaluate its sustainable growth ability by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. From a relatively new angle of view, this paper reveals the law of sustainable development of international engineering contracting enterprises and its realization methods and paths, and makes an empirical analysis of the sustainable growth ability, which is the foundation of path realization. It will provide reference for international project contracting enterprises to realize sustainable growth.
