【摘要】：工程建設(shè)是各行業(yè)發(fā)展的排頭兵。隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,基本建設(shè)規(guī)模愈來愈大,而與之相伴的是資源消耗的不斷攀升及生態(tài)環(huán)境的不斷惡化,解決這些問題的關(guān)鍵途徑就是大力發(fā)展綠色建筑。但由于綠色建筑要求高、涉及內(nèi)容多,且隨著科技水平的進(jìn)步不斷發(fā)展,因此,研究綠色建筑的建造管理問題迫在眉睫。綠色建設(shè)管理包含兩層意義:一是建設(shè)產(chǎn)品的綠色化,二是管理實(shí)施過程中的綠色化。本文首先闡述了企業(yè)綠色管理的含義,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色建筑發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題,探索性的提出了綠色建設(shè)及其全壽命管理的概念,并探討了綠色建設(shè)管理的體系架構(gòu),接著分析了三種管理模式在綠色建設(shè)管理中的應(yīng)用及建議;然后又從建設(shè)工程全壽命周期的角度,分析了綠色建設(shè)管理各個(gè)階段的問題、影響及相應(yīng)的解決措施;最后結(jié)合銀川華城國(guó)際廣場(chǎng)施工階段綠色化的實(shí)施過程,印證了綠色建設(shè)工程管理在實(shí)際工程中的可行性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施綠色建設(shè)全壽命管理,是建設(shè)產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色化要求的可靠保證。綠色建設(shè)管理體現(xiàn)了新時(shí)代我國(guó)建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,通過這種新型的管理方式,建設(shè)工程實(shí)現(xiàn)了由過分追求經(jīng)濟(jì)利益向社會(huì)效益和生態(tài)效益雙豐收的轉(zhuǎn)型,使得建筑業(yè)健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Engineering construction is the vanguard of the development of various industries. With the development of the national economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process, the scale of capital construction is becoming larger and larger, which is accompanied by the rising consumption of resources and the deterioration of the ecological environment. The key to solve these problems is to vigorously develop green buildings. However, due to the high requirements of green building, involving a lot of content, and with the development of science and technology, it is urgent to study the construction management of green building. The green construction management includes two meanings: one is the green of the construction products, the other is the green in the process of management. This paper first expounds the meaning of enterprise green management, and combines the problems in the development of green building at home and abroad, puts forward the concept of green construction and its whole life management, and probes into the system structure of green construction management. Then it analyzes the application and suggestion of three kinds of management modes in green construction management, and then analyzes the problems, influences and corresponding solutions of green construction management from the point of view of the whole life cycle of construction project. Finally, the feasibility of green construction engineering management in practical projects is confirmed by combining the implementation process of green construction in Yinchuan Huacheng International Plaza. It is found that the implementation of green construction life-span management in construction projects is a reliable guarantee for the green requirements of construction products. The green construction management embodies the development direction of our country's construction industry in the new era. Through this new management mode, the construction project has realized the transformation from excessively pursuing the economic benefit to the double harvest of the social benefit and the ecological benefit. Make the construction industry healthy and stable development.
