橡膠集料混凝土的配制及性能試驗研究

【摘要】:橡膠顆粒部分取代天然集料配制的橡膠集料混凝土是現(xiàn)代先進的水泥基材料。其具有韌性好、延性好、抗疲勞能力高、阻尼系數(shù)高,以及耐久性好等優(yōu)異性能,使其在土木工程中有著非常廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文是遼寧省教育廳科學研究項目《基于微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的橡膠集料混凝土耐久性研究》(L2012123)的子課題,取得的研究結(jié)果都是在該基金支助下完成的。論文對橡膠集料混凝土的配制技術(shù)、技術(shù)性能,以及橡膠集料鋼筋混凝土簡支梁的制備及性能等進行了研究,取得以下研究成果:(1)不同尺寸的橡膠細集料對混凝土拌合物坍落度影響較明顯。當橡膠顆粒取代細集料砂子的取代率為10%(體積取代率)時,橡膠顆粒粒徑對混凝土拌合物的影響程度為:0.165~0.315mm大于0.315~0.63mmm大于0.63~1.25mm的,當橡膠粒徑繼續(xù)增大,坍落度又有所增加;不同尺寸的橡膠細集料對硬化混凝土強度影響較明顯。當橡膠顆粒取代細集料砂子的取代率為10%(體積取代率)時,橡膠顆粒粒徑對混凝土抗壓強度的影響有明顯的規(guī)律性,即隨著橡膠顆粒粒徑的變大,混凝土抗壓強度變大,而劈拉強度變化沒有規(guī)律性,軸心抗壓強度與立方體抗壓強度之間的關(guān)系與普通混凝土相似。(2)當摻入粒徑為0.165~0.315mm的橡膠顆粒10%(體積取代率)時,橡膠集料混凝土的抗氯離子滲透性能、抗水滲性能、抗鹽凍性能、抑制堿骨料反應(yīng)性能都得到了提高。微觀結(jié)構(gòu)顯示,適量的橡膠細集料能改善混凝土中水泥石的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu),提高了混凝土的耐久性。(3)橡膠集料鋼筋混凝土簡支梁在破壞時,裂縫出現(xiàn)位置與普通鋼筋混凝土簡支梁相似只是數(shù)量減少,裂縫間距比普通混凝土更大,且橡膠集料鋼筋混凝土簡支梁跨中截面的應(yīng)變變化符合平截面假定原理。
[Abstract]:Rubber aggregate concrete, which partly replaces natural aggregate, is a modern advanced cement-based material. It has excellent properties such as good toughness, good ductility, high fatigue resistance, high damping coefficient and good durability, so it has a very broad application prospect in civil engineering. This paper is a subproject of the scientific research project of Liaoning Provincial Education Department, "study on durability of Rubber aggregate concrete based on Microstructure" (L2012123). The research results obtained are all completed with the support of the fund. In this paper, the preparation technology and performance of rubber aggregate concrete, as well as the preparation and performance of rubber aggregate reinforced concrete simply supported beam are studied. The following research results are obtained: (1) different sizes of rubber fine aggregate have obvious effect on the slump of concrete mixture. When the substitution ratio of rubber particle to fine aggregate sand is 10% (volume substitution rate), the influence of rubber particle diameter on concrete mixture is greater than that of 0.315~0.63mmm 0.315 mm, and when rubber particle size continues to increase, the slump increases. Rubber fine aggregate of different size has obvious influence on the strength of hardened concrete. When the substitution ratio of rubber particles to fine aggregate sand is 10 (volume substitution ratio), the influence of rubber particle size on the compressive strength of concrete is obvious, that is, with the increase of rubber particle size, the compressive strength of concrete becomes larger. The relationship between axial compressive strength and cube compressive strength is similar to that of ordinary concrete. The resistance of rubber aggregate concrete to chloride ion penetration, water permeability, salt freezing resistance and alkali aggregate reaction resistance were improved. The microstructure shows that proper amount of rubber fine aggregate can improve the pore structure of cement stone in concrete, and improve the durability of concrete. The location of cracks is similar to that of plain reinforced concrete beams, but the number of cracks is reduced, the distance between cracks is larger than that of ordinary concrete, and the strain variation of the middle section of rubber aggregate reinforced concrete simply supported beams conforms to the principle of plane section assumption.
