自激勵(lì)式電磁鉚接放電電流分析

【摘要】:電磁鉚接是一種將電磁能轉(zhuǎn)化為機(jī)械能的鉚接工藝。傳統(tǒng)感應(yīng)式低電壓電磁鉚接存在能量利用率低、難以解決高強(qiáng)度大直徑鉚釘和難成形材料鉚釘?shù)你T接等問(wèn)題;谧约(lì)式電磁鉚接技術(shù),建立放電電流分析模型,通過(guò)數(shù)值分析與工藝試驗(yàn)探討自激勵(lì)式電磁鉚接進(jìn)行大直徑鉚釘成形的可行性。研究結(jié)果表明建立的電磁鉚接放電電流分析模型可實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)感應(yīng)式和自激勵(lì)式電磁鉚接放電電流分析,分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)吻合較好;放電能量相同時(shí),自激勵(lì)式電磁鉚接的渦流斥力峰值要遠(yuǎn)大于感應(yīng)式的渦流斥力,能有效提高能量利用率,是實(shí)現(xiàn)大直徑鉚釘成形的有效方式;在放電電壓為320V時(shí),自激勵(lì)式電磁鉚接可實(shí)現(xiàn)直徑為10mm的45號(hào)鋼鉚釘?shù)某尚?其變形以絕熱剪切的方式進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:Electromagnetic riveting is a riveting process that converts electromagnetic energy into mechanical energy. The traditional inductive low voltage electromagnetic riveting has low energy utilization ratio, so it is difficult to solve the problems of high strength large diameter rivets and difficult to form material rivets. Based on self-excited electromagnetic riveting technology, a discharge current analysis model is established, and the feasibility of large-diameter rivet forming with self-excited electromagnetic riveting is discussed by numerical analysis and process test. The results show that the analysis model of electromagnetic riveted discharge current can be used to analyze the discharge current of traditional inductive and self-excited electromagnetic rivets, and the analysis results are in good agreement with the test results, and when the discharge energy is the same, The peak value of eddy current repulsion force of self-excited electromagnetic riveting is much larger than that of inductive eddy current repulsion, which can effectively improve the energy utilization rate and is an effective way to realize the forming of large diameter rivets, and when the discharge voltage is 320V, The forming of 45 steel rivets with diameter of 10mm can be realized by self-excited electromagnetic riveting, and its deformation is carried out by adiabatic shear.
