【摘要】：紅銅鑄鑲青銅器是春秋時(shí)期青銅藝術(shù)的杰出代表,紅銅紋飾的鑲鑄特征是器物鑄造工藝的直接反映,但紅銅鑲嵌青銅器的制作技術(shù)仍有許多問題有待于研究探討。為此,通過直接觀察法和X光成像技術(shù),分析探討了棗莊市徐樓村紅銅鑄鑲青銅器紋飾鑲鑄特征。紅銅紋飾有與器身基體等壁厚型和非等壁厚型兩種。與器身等壁厚紅銅鑄鑲紋飾和器身基體有平口直接鑲鑄和紅銅預(yù)留凹槽鑲鑄兩種方式。與器身非等厚紅銅鑄鑲紋飾則利用紅銅紋飾在器身澆鑄時(shí)形成凹槽,紅銅紋飾通過與紋飾相連的紅銅支釘固定在范芯或在紋飾底部加入墊片方式鑲鑄于器物基體中。研究成果為紅銅鑄鑲青銅器的工藝過程研究提供材料和證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The red copper inlaid bronze ware is an outstanding representative of bronze art in the Spring and Autumn period. The characteristics of the red copper patterns are the direct reflection of the casting process of the objects. However, there are still many problems to be studied on the making technology of the red copper inlaid bronze ware. Therefore, by means of direct observation and X-ray imaging technology, the characteristics of red copper inlaid bronze ware in Xuloucun, Zaozhuang City are analyzed and discussed. There are two types of red copper ornaments: equal wall thickness and non-equal wall thickness. There are two kinds of castings with equal wall thickness red copper inlay and the base of the body are straight inlay and red copper reserved recess. The non-equal thickness red copper inlay is used to form grooves when casting the body. The red copper pattern is fixed in the core by the red copper branch nail connected with the pattern or is cast in the object substrate by adding a gasket at the bottom of the pattern. The research results provide materials and evidence for the study of the technological process of copper castings.
