  教育一般被認(rèn)為對快速經(jīng)濟增長至關(guān)重要,如果我們希望通過減少勉強并為人們提供充分參與經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展所需的技能來提高窮人的生產(chǎn)力,那么這一點至關(guān)重要。因此,南蘇丹在人口、社會需求和全球化等方面提供不同的教育項目是非常重要的。南蘇丹高等教育部(SSMoHE)指出,自2011年獨立以來,已經(jīng)作出了許多努力來加強教育政策,但由于大多數(shù)教育政策和發(fā)展步驟只是涉及通識教育,而不是技能教育,致使沒有得到所期望的發(fā)展。這本書是以滿足具有中等教育水平的汽車技術(shù)人員以及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的工程類學(xué)生的需求而設(shè)計的。汽車構(gòu)造作為南蘇丹的一門特殊教學(xué)課程,只在不到5%的擁有機械師培訓(xùn)項目的技術(shù)機構(gòu)中開設(shè)。因此,很少有汽車技師或技術(shù)人員接觸到這種相關(guān)技術(shù)。公司、非政府組織、政府機構(gòu)非常需要受過汽車技工培訓(xùn)的技術(shù)人員。但是,如果汽車技術(shù)人員也了解這個商業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域,他們將會隨需而變,對他們的公司和他們的客戶更有價值,從而改善該國的生活水平。
