1000MW帶傘撐空冷支架結構體系彈塑性時程分析

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)空冷支架結構采用鋼桁架+混凝土管柱豎向混合結構體系,應用于高烈度區(qū)大容量機組時出現(xiàn)了如側移剛度小、懸挑端撓度過大、用鋼量大等諸多問題。因而提出了在鋼桁架下部增設斜撐的鋼桁架+傘撐+混凝土管柱的新型空冷支架結構體系,極大的改善了結構的受力性能和變形性能,降低了結構造價。從節(jié)省成本出發(fā),又提出了經濟性更好的鋼桁架的傘撐+實腹梁+混凝土管柱空冷支架結構體系。本文通過課題組完成的鋼桁架+傘撐空冷支架結構抗震性能試驗結果校正ABAQUS有限元模型參數(shù),分別對兩種帶傘撐新型空冷支架結構體系進行地震作用下的彈塑性分析,并對其抗震性能作出了評價。 (1)采用ABAQUS有限元軟件,建立了鋼桁架+傘撐空冷支架試驗結構有限元模型,并對其進行了動力特性分析。采用混凝土損傷塑性模型,對結構進行了以力為目標的靜力彈塑性分析,將分析結果與試驗測試結果進行對比,驗證了模型簡化方法和參數(shù)選擇的合理性。 (2)采用與試驗結構同樣的簡化處理方法和有限元參數(shù),對某8度區(qū)采用四邊懸挑鋼桁架+傘撐空冷支架結構體系的1000MW空冷機組建立了有限元模型,計算其動力特性和地震作用下的響應。根據(jù)動力特性數(shù)據(jù),分析了空冷支架結構扭轉效應明顯的原因;分析結構的損傷情況,掌握了鋼構件應力分布特點和混凝土管柱的破壞過程,判斷結構的薄弱部位并提出了相應的建議和改進措施;根據(jù)結構位移響應和剛度退化情況,判斷了結構在各強度地震作用下是否滿足“小震不壞、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震要求,給出了適用于帶傘撐新型空冷支架結構體系的新的位移控制指標。 (3)采用與鋼桁架+傘撐空冷支架結構體系相同的思路,對8度區(qū)采用四邊懸挑傘撐+實腹梁空冷支架結構體系的1000MW空冷機組建立了有限元模型,并對其進行了動力特性分析和彈塑性動力時程分析。分析動力特性計算結果,掌握了結構體系的自振特點;結合鋼桁架+傘撐空冷支架結構非線性計算結果,分析了傘撐+實腹梁空冷支架結構位移響應特點、管柱破壞過程、剛度退化情況和鋼構件應力分布特點,并對抗震性能作出了評價。 (4)結合兩種帶傘撐空冷支架結構體系非線性分析數(shù)據(jù),分別從基本受力性能、抗震性能、經濟性三個方面對兩種結構體系進行了對比,掌握了兩種帶傘撐空冷支架結構體系各自優(yōu)缺點,可為結構選型和設計提供參考。 綜上所述,通過抗震性能試驗結果校正了有限元模型參數(shù),使其參數(shù)選擇更加合理,,對兩種帶傘撐空冷支架結構進行了彈塑性時程分析,研究了兩種體系的抗震性能,提出了新的位移控制指標,并對其薄弱部位提出了加強建議,對實際工程中空冷支架結構體系的選型和分析設計提供了參考資料。
[Abstract]:The traditional air-cooled support structure adopts steel truss concrete pipe column vertical hybrid structure system. When applied to large capacity units in high intensity region, there are many problems such as small lateral stiffness, excessive deflection of cantilever end and large amount of steel used. Therefore, a new air-cooled support system of concrete pipe column with steel truss with inclined brace is put forward, which greatly improves the mechanical and deformation performance of the structure and reduces the cost of the structure. In order to save the cost, the air-cooled support system of steel truss with solid web beam and concrete pipe column is put forward. In this paper, based on the experimental results of seismic behavior of steel truss parachute-supported air-cooled support structures, the parameters of ABAQUS finite element model are corrected, and the elastic-plastic analysis of two kinds of new air-cooled support structures with umbrella brace under seismic action is carried out respectively. The seismic performance is evaluated. The main contents are as follows: (1) the finite element model of the experimental structure of steel truss supported air-cooled support is established by using ABAQUS finite element software, and its dynamic characteristics are analyzed. The static elastic-plastic analysis of the structure with force as its target is carried out by using the concrete damage plastic model. The analysis results are compared with the test results, and the rationality of the simplified model and the selection of parameters are verified. (2) using the same simplified treatment method and finite element parameters as the experimental structure, the finite element model of the 1000MW air-cooled unit with four-sided cantilever steel truss supported air-cooled support in an 8-degree zone is established. Its dynamic characteristics and seismic response are calculated. According to the data of dynamic characteristics, the causes of torsional effect of air-cooled support structure are analyzed. The damage of the structure is analyzed, the stress distribution characteristics of the steel members and the failure process of the concrete pipe column are grasped, the weak position of the structure is judged and the corresponding suggestions and improvement measures are put forward. According to the displacement response and stiffness degradation of the structure, it is judged whether the structure meets the seismic requirements of "small earthquake is not bad, medium earthquake is repairable, large earthquake does not collapse" under the action of each intensity earthquake. A new displacement control index for a new type of air-cooled support system with umbrella brace is presented. (3) using the same idea as the steel truss parachute-supported air-cooled support structure system, the finite element model of the 1000MW air-cooled unit with four-side cantilevered umbrella braced solid web-beam air-cooled support structure system in 8 degree region is established. Dynamic characteristic analysis and elastoplastic dynamic time history analysis are carried out. By analyzing the calculation results of the dynamic characteristics, the natural vibration characteristics of the structure system are grasped. Based on the nonlinear calculation results of steel truss, the characteristics of displacement response, failure process of pipe string, stiffness degradation and stress distribution of steel members are analyzed. The seismic performance is evaluated. (4) combining with the nonlinear analysis data of two kinds of air-cooled support structures with umbrellas, the two structural systems are compared from three aspects: basic mechanical performance, aseismic performance and economic efficiency, respectively. The merits and demerits of the two kinds of air-cooled support with umbrellas are grasped, which can provide a reference for the selection and design of the structure. To sum up, the finite element model parameters are corrected by the seismic performance test results, which make the selection of the parameters more reasonable. The elastic-plastic time history analysis of two kinds of air-cooled support structures with umbrellas is carried out, and the seismic performance of the two systems is studied. A new displacement control index is put forward, and some suggestions for strengthening the weak position are put forward, which provides a reference for the selection, analysis and design of the structural system of hollow cold support in practical engineering.
