【摘要】：作者從時(shí)代背景、理念創(chuàng)新和思想創(chuàng)新、戰(zhàn)略布局、戰(zhàn)略舉措、政策建議等方面對(duì)黨中央治國(guó)理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略研究進(jìn)行評(píng)估,指出從馬克思主義理論、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化、國(guó)際關(guān)系等角度探討的成果汗牛充棟,為從國(guó)際視角進(jìn)行總體性學(xué)理研究打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。我們要有一種全局性的研究思路,即站在統(tǒng)籌國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際兩個(gè)大局的思想高度,從國(guó)際和大戰(zhàn)略的角度,深入研究黨中央治國(guó)理政的新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略,積極應(yīng)對(duì)中國(guó)和平發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的新難題,尤其是防范"中等收入陷阱"和"修昔底德陷阱"風(fēng)險(xiǎn),著眼于破除崛起困境,規(guī)劃崛起之后,以理念創(chuàng)新和思想創(chuàng)新為指引,構(gòu)建并完善面向21世紀(jì)中葉世界大國(guó)前景的中國(guó)大戰(zhàn)略框架,并就具體的戰(zhàn)略議題提出具有針對(duì)性的政策建議,為實(shí)現(xiàn)"兩個(gè)一百年"戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)提供扎實(shí)的學(xué)理支撐。
[Abstract]:The author evaluates the new ideas and new strategies of the CPC Central Committee in terms of the background of the times, the innovation of ideas and ideas, the strategic layout, the strategic measures and the policy suggestions, and points out that from the perspective of Marxist theory, economics, and so on, The achievements from the perspectives of modernization of national governance and international relations have laid a solid foundation for overall scientific research from an international perspective. That is, from the perspective of overall planning of the overall situation at home and abroad, and from the perspective of international and grand strategy, we should deeply study the new ideas and new strategies of the CPC Central Committee in governing the country and managing government, and actively deal with the new difficulties in the process of peaceful development in China. In particular, to guard against the risk of "middle-income trap" and "Thucydides trap", with a view to breaking down the dilemma of rising, planning for the rise, guided by innovation of ideas and ideas. To construct and perfect China's grand strategic framework facing the prospect of world powers in the middle of 21th century, and to put forward targeted policy recommendations on specific strategic issues, to provide solid academic support for the realization of the "two hundred years" strategic objectives.
