【摘要】："新時(shí)代"的當(dāng)下定位,是十九大提出的新論斷。文藝的"決勝",要通過對文化藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域"決勝期"的認(rèn)識(shí)、定位與規(guī)劃,設(shè)定"新目標(biāo)"。中國文藝需借助"新時(shí)代"的優(yōu)勢,深入把握中華文化的精神,建立起中華文化"兼容并蓄、海納百川"的能力和機(jī)制,運(yùn)用"新思想",踏上"新征程",努力交出一份豐富多彩的藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作答卷。
