【摘要】：南宋政府為了解決財政困難、安置流民和穩(wěn)定社會,大力發(fā)展江南圩田經(jīng)濟。由于將治水與治田結合,修復舊圩田,開辟新圩田,南宋江南圩田得到充分開發(fā),在江東、浙西和浙東地區(qū)農(nóng)田中占有重要地位,擴大了江南水田規(guī)模。由于農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件好,耕作技術先進,人民勤勞,實行集約經(jīng)營方式和農(nóng)業(yè)耕作制度變革,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)多種經(jīng)營和專門化經(jīng)營相結合,有圩田的江東、浙西和浙東成為南宋農(nóng)業(yè)集約經(jīng)營的典型地區(qū),其中圩田經(jīng)濟起著重要作用。圩田是南宋賦稅重要來源,圩田租課在地方稅收中比例較大,到南宋后期在中央財政中也占有重要地位。南宋江南圩田經(jīng)濟獲得充分發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟地位高,對經(jīng)濟重心南移也有重要作用。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the financial difficulties, resettle the displaced and stabilize the society, the Southern Song government vigorously developed the polder economy in the south of the Yangtze River. Due to the combination of water management and field management, the restoration of old polder fields and the opening of new polder fields, the polder fields in the southern Song Dynasty were fully developed, which occupied an important position in the farmland of the eastern, western and eastern Zhejiang regions, and expanded the scale of the paddy fields in the southern part of the Yangtze River. Due to the good conditions of agricultural production, the advanced farming technology, the industrious people, the reform of intensive management and the agricultural farming system, the combination of diversified and specialized agricultural production, the eastern part of the Yangtze River has polder fields. Western Zhejiang and eastern Zhejiang became typical areas of agricultural intensive management in the Southern Song Dynasty, in which polder economy played an important role. Polder field is an important source of taxation in the Southern Song Dynasty, and polder field rental classes play an important role in the central finance in the late Southern Song Dynasty. Southern Song River polder field economy has been fully developed, economic status is high, the economic center of gravity southward also plays an important role.
