  在這個(gè)全球化的時(shí)代,多元文化受到了廣泛關(guān)注。文化多元性地增長(zhǎng)已極大地影響了全世界的許多方面。隨著時(shí)間的推移,中國(guó)與巴基斯坦的關(guān)系更密切,兩國(guó)關(guān)系日益突出。兩國(guó)已經(jīng)發(fā)起了不同的計(jì)劃和項(xiàng)目,以求發(fā)展和增長(zhǎng)。該研究旨在研究參與eLTE項(xiàng)目的巴基斯坦和中國(guó)員工之間的跨文化交流管理。本研究使用的是定性數(shù)據(jù),收集了一定量的第一手和第二手來(lái)源的數(shù)據(jù)。本研究利用訪談來(lái)收集了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并使用了文章和期刊等提供的二手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)和信息。通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,證明了跨文化項(xiàng)目中的確存在溝通障礙。語(yǔ)言上的差異、思維方式、信息共享方式、話中有話以及通過(guò)身體語(yǔ)言表達(dá)用意的差異對(duì)文化交流造成了障礙。本研究結(jié)果清楚表明策略的制定和整合可以幫助克服這些溝通障礙。本研究建議管理層必須為員工提供學(xué)習(xí)和培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì),這項(xiàng)策略可以幫助員工們進(jìn)一步理解多元文化。員工們對(duì)于多元文化深入的理解可以幫助建立信心并且使員工們更容易接受多元文化。項(xiàng)目的成功取決于員工之間的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)。因此,通過(guò)整合正確、合適的策略以及方法來(lái)減少溝通障礙對(duì)項(xiàng)目成功起到關(guān)鍵作用。
