【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)需求多樣化的背景下,制造行業(yè)利用信息化手段規(guī)范生產(chǎn)流程,快速響應(yīng)客戶需求是最為關(guān)鍵的一步。物料清單(Bill of Material,BOM)是制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程中的數(shù)據(jù)載體,對(duì)于不同業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)的需求側(cè)重的不同,BOM多視圖的方式是最為有效的方法。而B(niǎo)OM多視圖的數(shù)據(jù)一致性是由單一數(shù)據(jù)源與合理的視圖映射方法保證的。本文首先給出BOM理論基礎(chǔ),包括對(duì)BOM應(yīng)用廣泛的產(chǎn)品生命周期管理技術(shù),BOM數(shù)據(jù)模型、BOM視圖常見(jiàn)的分類。本文著重研究了產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)模型,根據(jù)它的形成原理與構(gòu)成公式,討論其各個(gè)參數(shù)意義,研究相對(duì)應(yīng)的滿足BOM多視圖的產(chǎn)品配置方法,從而給出BOM視圖模型以及BOM多視圖映射規(guī)則定義,并結(jié)合改進(jìn)的權(quán)限控制模型。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)BOM視圖缺少能掌握多個(gè)關(guān)鍵部門(mén)針對(duì)同一產(chǎn)品的串聯(lián)性視圖信息,本文給出BOM多視圖映射為匯總BOM方法,此匯總BOM主要提供給管理層部門(mén)使用,用于掌握項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度及盈虧情況等。本課題來(lái)源于吉林大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室項(xiàng)目“汽車(chē)生產(chǎn)管控系統(tǒng)的BOM多視圖的研發(fā)”,本文在對(duì)中小型汽車(chē)零部件制造企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行調(diào)研后,研發(fā)了符合實(shí)際企業(yè)運(yùn)作的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件。根據(jù)BOM多視圖在不同部門(mén)間的映射需求,應(yīng)用本文定義的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品配置。著重對(duì)零部件編碼原則、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)樹(shù)的構(gòu)建算法和存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)、使用映射規(guī)則進(jìn)行多視圖映射功能進(jìn)行了研究,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了可在企業(yè)真正運(yùn)行使用的BOM多視圖的功能:物料管理、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與產(chǎn)品配置、多視圖映射、權(quán)限控制以及多視圖映射為匯總BOM等。
[Abstract]:In the rapid development of economy and the diversification of market demand under the background of manufacturing industry, the use of information technology standard production process, quick response to customer demand is the most crucial step. The bill of materials (Bill of, Material, BOM) is a data carrier production process in manufacturing enterprise, focus on the needs of the business sector in different different, BOM a multi view approach is the most effective method. And the data consistency of BOM multi view mapping method is to ensure that the view from a single data source and reasonable. This paper gives the basic theory of BOM, including the BOM widely used product life cycle management technology, BOM data model, classification of BOM view common in this paper. Focus on product structure model, based on the principle of the formation and composition of its formula, discuss the significance of each parameter, product configuration related research methods to meet the BOM multi view, which gives the BOM view model And BOM multi view mapping rules are defined, and an improved access control model. According to the traditional view of BOM lack can master a number of key sectors for series of views of the same product, this paper presents BOM multi view mapping is a summary of BOM method, the summary of BOM mainly provides management departments, to grasp the progress of the project and the profit and loss situation. This thesis comes from the Jilin University laboratory project "automobile production control system of BOM multi view research", this paper researches on small and medium sized auto parts manufacturing enterprise business needs, the development of the computer software. The actual operation of enterprises according to the requirements of BOM multi view mapping between different departments, for design and application of product configuration model is defined in this paper. The principle and algorithm of constructing parts encoding, storage structure of product structure tree, The mapping function is used to perform multi view mapping. Finally, the functions of BOM multi view can be implemented in Enterprises: material management, product structure design and product configuration, multi view mapping, permissions control and multi view mapping to BOM.
