【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,移動終端設(shè)備的全面普及,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代所帶來的全新體驗正全方位,多角度的滲透到人們生活的方方面面。人們獲取信息的方式也發(fā)生了翻天覆地的改變。對于應屆高校畢業(yè)生最犯愁的事情除了找工作,排在第二位的恐怕就是租房子了。據(jù)專業(yè)經(jīng)理人分析,目前租房成本已經(jīng)成為90后應屆畢業(yè)生就業(yè)后的最大支出,剛剛踏入社會的畢業(yè)生往往沒有存款,吸納畢業(yè)生占比超70%的私營企業(yè)工資結(jié)算一般都在月末或者第二月月初,這樣一來應屆畢業(yè)生一旦畢業(yè)就面臨著入不敷出的窘境。更多的青年人,為了找到更適合自己發(fā)展的機會,選擇了離鄉(xiāng)背井而不是固守鄉(xiāng)土,流動已成了當今職場的一大特點,隨著經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,地域之間的空間距離已越來越近了,便利的交通、日漸寬松的戶籍管理制度,也使跨地域就業(yè)成為了可能。異地就業(yè),大學生們面對的首要問就是如何解決居住問題,房改使福利分房成為了歷史,而高企的房價也使得個人在短期內(nèi)要購買一套屬于自己的住房成為了一種奢望,同時較高的流動性也阻礙了大多數(shù)人馬上購房的意愿,于是合租以其高性價比成為了這一人群的首選。面對合租這個問題,不得不考慮到房源和室友兩個方面。這兩點也是直接影響合租體驗的因素。搜索房源的精確性,房源的安全性,能否找到合心的室友,這幾點也是現(xiàn)代大學生所面臨的問題。他們的生活全面的接觸者互聯(lián)網(wǎng),這在給他們帶來無限便利的時候,可靠性的隱患也是隨之而來的。本文正是根據(jù)前邊的研究調(diào)研,最后設(shè)計出一個適宜大學畢業(yè)生這類人群使用的合租app,幫助他們解決住房的困擾。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of mobile terminal devices, the new experience brought by the era of mobile Internet is permeating into all aspects of people's life. The way people access information has also changed dramatically. In addition to looking for a job, the second most worrying thing for college graduates is renting a house. According to the analysis of professional managers, rental costs have become the biggest expenditure for post-90s graduates after their employment. Graduates who have just entered society often do not have any savings. More than 70 per cent of the private sector's payrolls are settled by the end of the month or the beginning of February, leaving fresh graduates in a difficult position to make ends meet once they graduate. More young people, in order to find more suitable opportunities for their own development, chose to leave their homes rather than stick to their native lands. Mobility has become a major feature of today's workplace, and with the rapid development of the economy, The spatial distance between regions is getting closer and closer, convenient transportation, increasingly relaxed household registration management system, also make cross-regional employment possible. The most important question that college students face is how to solve the housing problem. Housing reform has turned welfare housing into a history, and high housing prices have made it a luxury for individuals to buy their own housing in the short term. At the same time, high mobility also hindered the willingness of most people to buy a house immediately, so sharing became the first choice for this group because of its high value for money. In the face of this problem, we have to consider housing and roommates two aspects. These two points are also the factors that directly affect the sharing experience. It is also a problem for modern college students to search for the accuracy of the house source, the security of the house source and the ability to find a suitable roommate. Their life is full of contacts with the Internet, which brings them unlimited convenience, and the hidden dangers of reliability come with it. This paper is based on the previous research, finally designed a suitable for college graduates such as the use of a shared app, to help them solve the housing problems.
