【摘要】：隱喻是一個(gè)既古老又新鮮的研究課題。古老,是因?yàn)樽詮墓�元�?00年開始,亞里斯多德(Aristotle)學(xué)派已經(jīng)對隱喻進(jìn)行研究。而說它新鮮,是因?yàn)檎J(rèn)知語言學(xué)的誕生給隱喻帶來新的觀點(diǎn),隱喻從僅作為修辭手段延伸至人的認(rèn)知手段。認(rèn)知語言學(xué)認(rèn)為,隱喻不僅僅存在于語言層面而存在于人類的思維中,隱喻是思維的基礎(chǔ)。認(rèn)知隱喻已給各個(gè)領(lǐng)域帶來新的研究視角,例如:味覺詞。味覺詞是表示味覺感受的詞語,是與人們的生活有著密切關(guān)系的。其具有極強(qiáng)的構(gòu)詞能力,引申義也相當(dāng)豐富,在漢語和越南語中都形成了各自較為豐富的詞匯系統(tǒng)。鑒于此,本研究從認(rèn)知語言學(xué)角度對漢語基本味覺詞"酸","甜","苦","辣","咸"和越南語相對應(yīng)"chua","(?)","dang","cay","(?)"進(jìn)行對比,分析漢越味覺詞隱喻意義的引申規(guī)律及其在兩種語言中的異同,并探析造成異同的文化、思維等成因。除了對前人的研究現(xiàn)況作出綜述,對本課題的研究目的和意義、研究方法、語料來源作出簡要介紹的緒論部分之外,本文的內(nèi)容分為五章:第一章介紹課題研究的理論基礎(chǔ),包括概念隱喻理論及隱喻的本質(zhì),通感式隱喻、意象圖式和認(rèn)知域等相關(guān)概念。第二章討論味覺的特征,對漢越兩種語言種的基本味覺詞進(jìn)行界定并說明其在每種語言成為表示味覺的詞語演變過程。第三章對漢越兩種語言的通感隱喻現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行對比研究。第四章對漢越基本味覺詞進(jìn)行對比,分析兩種語言種味覺詞隱喻意義的異同,其中側(cè)重于區(qū)別之處,同時(shí)對每一味覺詞引申的認(rèn)知過程進(jìn)行探討。第五章討論引起漢語和越南語基本味覺詞隱喻意義異同的原因,
[Abstract]:Metaphor is an old and fresh research topic. Ancient, because since 300 BC, the Aristotle school has studied metaphor. It is new because the birth of cognitive linguistics brings new ideas to metaphor, which extends from mere rhetoric to human cognition. Cognitive linguistics holds that metaphor exists not only at the linguistic level but in human thinking, and metaphor is the basis of thinking. Cognitive metaphor has brought new perspectives to various fields, such as taste words. Taste words are words that express taste feelings and are closely related to people's life. It has strong ability of word-formation and abundant meanings, and has formed its own rich lexical systems in both Chinese and Vietnamese. In view of this, the present study deals with the basic taste words "sour", "sweet", "bitter", "spicy", "salty" and "chua", "dang", "cay", "Hu" from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. By comparing the metaphorical meanings of Chinese and Vietnamese taste words, the author analyzes the similarities and differences of metaphorical meanings in the two languages, and probes into the causes of the similarities and differences, such as culture, thinking and so on. In addition to the introduction to the current situation of previous studies, the purpose and significance of the research, the research methods and the source of the corpus, the content of this paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the research. It includes conceptual metaphor theory, metaphorical essence, synaesthetic metaphor, image schema and cognitive domain. The second chapter discusses the characteristics of taste sense, defines the basic taste words of Chinese and Vietnamese languages, and explains the evolution process of these words in each language. Chapter three makes a contrastive study of synaesthetic metaphor between Chinese and Vietnamese. The fourth chapter compares the basic taste words of Han and Yue, analyzes the similarities and differences of metaphorical meanings between the two kinds of taste words, emphasizes on the differences, and probes into the cognitive process of the extension of each taste word. Chapter five discusses the reasons for the similarities and differences of metaphorical meanings between Chinese and Vietnamese basic taste words.
