【摘要】：魏了翁是南宋時期著名文臣,根據(jù)《宋史》記載,魏了翁在宋理宗親政后還朝,表現(xiàn)出卓越的執(zhí)政能力,從而受到政敵妒忌。其政敵通過借助蒙軍入侵、需要創(chuàng)立“督府”和“督視”之機,鼓吹其具有軍事才能,迎合宋理宗對魏了翁早已產(chǎn)生的重用之意,從而使魏了翁成功被選定為“督視”。此說是不完整的。因當(dāng)時特殊的歷史背景,魏了翁必然有機會參與軍事實踐。在“督視”之前,魏了翁已經(jīng)表現(xiàn)出部分已被實踐檢驗的軍事能力,說明其政敵的“鼓吹”并不全是謊言。魏了翁曾任“武學(xué)博士”,認為與金國“和”“戰(zhàn)”問題上必先內(nèi)修政理,再圖大舉;對“開禧北伐”和“汴洛之役”兩場戰(zhàn)爭都不予支持;他對北軍問題的看法經(jīng)歷了復(fù)雜變化,從最先支持,到全盤否定,只能作為一種空談;對南宋地方武裝力量不足的弊端,他提出要加強地方力量,選用合適人選任職地方,并下放部分權(quán)力,適應(yīng)了當(dāng)時南宋面臨的軍事壓力現(xiàn)狀;他倡導(dǎo)恢復(fù)“府兵制”,雖然對動員民眾有一定的參考性,但提倡“府兵制”卻并不符合歷史進程。魏了翁在其“督視”過程中,通過“戰(zhàn)爭動員”、“處理叛軍和安撫北軍”、強調(diào)拋棄與敵人“和談”的幻想、軍事防御中堅持以襄陽為重點的四大舉措入手,調(diào)度、指揮得當(dāng),加強了南宋京湖地區(qū)的防御,客觀上對于此次南宋成功抗擊京湖方向入侵的蒙軍起了非常重要的作用。去職后,魏了翁又對整個“督視”過程進行了總結(jié),并提出富有實用價值的建議。魏了翁被任命為“督視”后不久又被詔回的原因是宋理宗對大臣意見的讓步,并不是魏了翁指揮不當(dāng)。從魏了翁進行的軍事實踐再結(jié)合他“督視”前的經(jīng)歷和言論來看,他確有顯著的軍事才能。
[Abstract]:Wei Wei Weng was a famous minister in the Southern Song Dynasty. According to the History of Song Dynasty, Wei Weng was still in power after Song Lizong's family administration, which showed excellent ruling ability and was jealous by his political enemies. With the help of the invasion of the Mongolian army, his political enemies need to create the opportunity of "governor's office" and "governor's view", and preach that they have military ability and cater to Song Li-zong 's intention of reusing Wei Weng already, thus making Wei Weng be selected as "governor" successfully. This theory is incomplete. Because of the special historical background at that time, Wei Weng must have the opportunity to participate in military practice. By the time he saw it, Wei had demonstrated some of his proven military capabilities, suggesting that his opponents'"preaching" was not all a lie. Wei Weng, who had served as "Doctor of Wushu", thought that political principles must be studied first and then on a large scale on the issues of "Jin Guo" and "War", and had no support for the "Northern Expedition" and the "Battle of Bianluo", both of which had no support for the two wars, "the Northern Expedition" and "the Battle of Bianluo". His views on the issue of the Northern Army have undergone complicated changes, from the first support to the total negation, which can only be regarded as a kind of empty talk. In view of the shortcomings of the local armed forces in the Southern Song Dynasty, he proposed to strengthen local forces and select suitable candidates to serve in the localities. And devolved some power, adapted to the current situation of military pressure faced by the Southern Song Dynasty at that time; although he advocated the restoration of the "government military system", although it had certain reference for mobilizing the people, advocating the "government military system" did not conform to the historical process. In the course of his "supervision and inspection," Wei Jiaweng, through "mobilization of war", "handling the rebels and appeasing the Northern Army," stressed the abandonment of the illusion of "peace talks" with the enemy, and insisted on the four major measures focused on Xiangyang in military defense, starting with and dispatching. The proper command strengthened the defense of the Jinghu area of the Southern Song Dynasty and objectively played a very important role in the successful resistance of the Mongolian army to the invasion in the direction of the Lake. After his departure, Wei summarized the whole process and put forward some valuable suggestions. The reason why Wei Weng was appointed governor was that Song Lizong gave way to the minister's opinion, not because of Wei Weng's improper command. According to Wei's military practice and his experience and comments before his "supervision", he does have remarkable military ability.
