概念整合框架下的英語復合形容詞語義創(chuàng)生機制研究

語言來源于人們在現(xiàn)實世界中的互動體驗和認知過程。這些復合詞的應用反映了人類思維的高度概括性、認知方式的經(jīng)濟性以及語言使用的靈活性和創(chuàng)造性。復合詞是英語中常見的一種有效的構詞方法。復合詞是由兩個或多個詞組合而成的過程。復合名詞的數(shù)量排在第一,其次是復合動詞的數(shù)量,英語復合形容詞的數(shù)量較少。近年來,國內(nèi)外從不同角度研究英語復合形容詞的學者較少。他們大多側重于挖掘成分之間的句法和語義關系,分析英語復合形容詞的構成方式。以往的許多研究都沒有揭示英語復合形容詞的語義生成過程。然而,并非所有的英語復合形容詞的意義都是構成元素意義的簡單相加。本文試圖運用概念整合理論來探討英語復合形容詞的語義生成機制。它具有完整的理論框架和成熟的操作機制.一方面,它試圖說服人們,概念整合是一種普遍的認知活動,具有很強的認知解釋力。另一方面,試圖從認知的角度證明英語復合形容詞的語義生成過程可以通過概念整合理論來解釋,為英語復合形容詞的解釋提供一個新的研究視角。在本研究的基礎上,本論文有如下發(fā)現(xiàn):首先,把概念整合理論應用在英語復合形容詞的語義識解中,是對語義的譯解的一個新的嘗試性研究。其次,本文試圖從單一網(wǎng)絡、鏡像網(wǎng)絡、...
