The attenuation value was 0.30 ±10dB/cm/MfHz in islet cell tumor (3 cases),0. 28±0. 12dB/cm/MHz in islet cell carcinoma (1 case),0.37±0.08dB/cm/MHz in acute edemateous pancreatitis (2 case) and 0. 76±0. 01dB/cm/MHz in acute necrotic pancreatitis (3 cases). Their pathologic bases are preliminarily discussed.'
