計(jì)算機(jī)導(dǎo)航及機(jī)器人技術(shù)輔助膝關(guān)節(jié)單髁置換術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:目的總結(jié)計(jì)算機(jī)導(dǎo)航及機(jī)器人技術(shù)在膝關(guān)節(jié)手術(shù)中的分類,以及輔助膝關(guān)節(jié)單髁置換術(shù)(unicompartmental knee arthroplasty,UKA)的發(fā)展、手術(shù)適應(yīng)證和禁忌證、臨床療效及最新進(jìn)展。方法廣泛查閱計(jì)算機(jī)導(dǎo)航及機(jī)器人技術(shù)輔助UKA的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并進(jìn)行研究和總結(jié)分析。結(jié)果近年來UKA在治療單間室膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎方面取得了令人滿意的效果,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)導(dǎo)航及手術(shù)機(jī)器人技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展并逐漸與臨床相結(jié)合,計(jì)算機(jī)導(dǎo)航及機(jī)器人技術(shù)聯(lián)合UKA大大提高了術(shù)中截骨的精度及假體植入準(zhǔn)確率,術(shù)后功能恢復(fù)良好的同時(shí)明顯提高了單髁假體的使用壽命。結(jié)論計(jì)算機(jī)導(dǎo)航及機(jī)器人技術(shù)輔助UKA較傳統(tǒng)UKA提高了假體植入精確度,術(shù)后早期療效滿意,但長(zhǎng)期療效仍有待進(jìn)一步觀察。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the classification of computer navigation and robotics in knee joint surgery, and the development, indications, contraindications, clinical efficacy and latest progress of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKAA).Methods the related literatures of computer navigation and robotics assisted UKA were reviewed, and the results were summarized and analyzed.Results in recent years, UKA has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of single chamber knee osteoarthritis. With the rapid development of computer navigation and surgical robot technology, it is gradually combined with clinical practice.Computer navigation and robotics combined with UKA can greatly improve the accuracy of osteotomy and prosthesis implantation, and improve the service life of single condylar prosthesis.Conclusion compared with traditional UKA, computer navigation and robotics assisted UKA can improve the accuracy of prosthesis implantation, and the early postoperative efficacy is satisfactory, but the long-term effect remains to be further observed.
