[Abstract]:Objective to compare the biomechanical characteristics of new wire and traditional wire in cadaveric specimens, and to analyze the safety and effectiveness of new wire. Methods the average thrust of the new type of guide wire and the traditional guide wire from the lumbar vertebra to the lumbar 5 vertebrae and the force needed to penetrate the anterior wall of the vertebral body were compared with the cadaveric specimens. Results the thrust of the new guide wire caused the helical part of the tip of the guide wire to bend or disperse in the vertebral body, thus preventing the guide wire from moving to the front of the vertebral body. The average thrust of the new guide wire and the traditional guide wire were (15.5 鹵1.9) and (5.7 鹵0.8) Newton (P0.001), respectively. The average thrust of the new guide wire and the traditional guide wire through the anterior wall of the vertebral body was (69.1 鹵4.2) and (37.1 鹵4.8) Newton, respectively (P0.0005). The phenomenon of a wire piercing the anterior wall of the vertebral body. Conclusion the average thrust of the new guide wire in the vertebral body and the force needed to penetrate the anterior wall of the vertebral body are 2 or 3 times that of the traditional guide wire. The new type of guide wire can effectively prevent the guide wire from moving forward in the vertebral body and prevent the guide wire from penetrating the anterior wall of the vertebral body. New wire guide can effectively improve the safety of percutaneous nail placement in patients with osteoporosis.
