【摘要】：目的探討相關(guān)因素對(duì)突發(fā)性耳聾療效及預(yù)后的影響。方法應(yīng)用Logistic回歸分析80例突發(fā)性耳聾病例資料,對(duì)性別、年齡、病程、聽力損失程度、聽力曲線類型等多種因素進(jìn)行篩選,獲得臨床上與突發(fā)性耳聾效療及預(yù)后相關(guān)的因素。結(jié)果初診病程、患者的年齡、治療前耳聾程度、聽力曲線類型均與療效、預(yù)后相關(guān)(P0.05);性別、伴隨癥狀、患耳部位與療效無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論突聾患者年齡越小、病程越短,其療效和預(yù)后越好;聽力損失程度越高、聽力曲線為全聾型預(yù)后越差。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of related factors on the curative effect and prognosis of sudden deafness. Methods the data of 80 cases of sudden deafness were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. The factors such as sex, age, course of disease, degree of hearing loss and type of hearing curve were screened. The clinical factors related to the treatment and prognosis of sudden deafness were obtained. Results the course of disease, the age of the patients, the degree of deafness before treatment, the type of hearing curve were all correlated with the curative effect and prognosis (P0.05), while gender, associated symptoms and the location of the affected ear had no significant correlation with the curative effect (P0.05). Conclusion the younger the patients with sudden deafness, the shorter the course of disease, the better the curative effect and prognosis, and the higher the hearing loss, the worse the prognosis of total deafness.
