【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)回顧性研究采用非超聲乳化小切口白內(nèi)障摘除術(shù)聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入聯(lián)合鞏膜咬切術(shù)治療成熟期年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障合并急性閉角型青光眼患者的臨床資料，觀察該術(shù)式的臨床療效。 方法：選取2013年1月至2014年6月在我院白內(nèi)障科行非超聲乳化小切口白內(nèi)障摘除術(shù)聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入聯(lián)合鞏膜咬切術(shù)的患者35例（35眼），于患者術(shù)后1周，1個(gè)月，3個(gè)月進(jìn)行隨訪觀察，記錄患者術(shù)后裸眼視力，最佳矯正視力（best correctedvisual acuity BCVA），，眼壓控制情況。 結(jié)果：隨訪期間，患者術(shù)后各時(shí)期的裸眼視力及最佳矯正視力均較術(shù)前明顯提高，且以術(shù)后3個(gè)月時(shí)的裸眼視力及最佳矯正視力提高最為明顯。與此同時(shí)，眼壓也較術(shù)前有明顯下降�；颊咝g(shù)前眼壓為（35.23±12.33）mmHg，術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月的平均眼壓分別為（16.91±3.20）mmH、（14.43±3.23）mmHg、（13.71±2.69）mmHg，術(shù)前術(shù)后對(duì)比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（均為P＜0.05）；術(shù)后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)眼壓比較，術(shù)后1周與術(shù)后1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（均為P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論：對(duì)于成熟期年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障合并急性閉角型青光眼的患者，非超聲乳化小切口白內(nèi)障摘除術(shù)聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入聯(lián)合鞏膜咬切術(shù)，是一種安全、有效的手術(shù)方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical data of non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation and scleral bite in the treatment of mature age-related cataract with acute angle closure glaucoma. To observe the clinical effect of the operation. Methods: from January 2013 to June 2014, 35 cases (35 eyes) of cataract underwent non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation and scleral bite in our hospital. , followed up for 3 months, Postoperative uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity (best correctedvisual acuity BCVA),) were recorded. Results: during the follow-up period, the uncorrected visual acuity and the best corrected visual acuity of the patients were significantly improved than those of the patients before operation, and the uncorrected visual acuity and the best corrected visual acuity at 3 months after operation were the most obvious. At the same time, intraocular pressure was also significantly lower than preoperative. The preoperative IOP was (35.23 鹵12.33) mmHg, and the mean IOP was (16.91 鹵3.20) mmH, (, 14.43 鹵3.23) mmHg, (13.71 鹵2.69) mmHg at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months postoperatively. There was significant difference between 1 week after operation and 1 month after operation, 3 months after operation (all P < 0.05). Conclusion: Non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation and scleral bite is a safe and effective method for mature age-related cataract patients with acute angle closure glaucoma.
