【摘要】：目的:探討影像導(dǎo)航對辨別額隱窩氣房的價(jià)值。方法:收集2014-11-2015-12期間影像導(dǎo)航下內(nèi)鏡額竇開放手術(shù)資料30例,依據(jù)與額竇口的關(guān)系將額隱窩氣房分為A組(位于額竇口下方的額隱窩氣房)與B組(位于額竇口上方的額隱窩氣房),采用視覺模擬量表評價(jià)影像導(dǎo)航對額隱窩氣房定位辨別的需求程度,比較分析影像導(dǎo)航在辨別兩組額隱窩氣房的價(jià)值。結(jié)果:30例均順利完成額竇開放術(shù),各型額隱窩氣房對影像導(dǎo)航的需求程度分別為:鼻丘氣房、Ⅰ型額氣房、Ⅱ型額氣房、篩泡上氣房為輕微需要;額泡氣房、額竇間隔氣房為一般需要;Ⅲ型額氣房、Ⅳ型額氣房、眶上篩房為明顯需要。B組額隱窩氣房較A組需要影像導(dǎo)航的程度高,組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:影像導(dǎo)航對Ⅲ型額氣房、Ⅳ型額氣房、眶上篩房、額竇間隔氣房具有辨別價(jià)值,指導(dǎo)術(shù)中精確切除這些額隱窩氣房有明顯幫助。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the value of image navigation in identifying frontal recess gas chamber. Methods: 30 cases of endoscopic frontal sinus surgery were collected during 2014-11-2015-12. According to the relationship between frontal sinus orifice and frontal sinus orifice, frontal recess gas chamber was divided into two groups: group A (frontal recess below frontal sinus) and group B (frontal recess above frontal sinus).
