【摘要】：目的:探討參鹿復(fù)律湯聯(lián)合西藥治療緩慢型心律失常的療效及其可能作用機(jī)制。方法:隨機(jī)數(shù)字法將87例緩慢型心律失�；颊叻譃橛^察組(44例)與對照組(43例),觀察組采取參鹿復(fù)律湯聯(lián)合沙丁胺醇治療,對照組則給予單純沙丁胺醇治療,均干預(yù)2周,比較兩組臨床療效及安全性,并對治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分、24 h動態(tài)心電圖及血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)測定。結(jié)果:觀察組治療總有效率90.91%,顯著高于對照組的72.09%(P0.05);與治療前比較,兩組治療后心悸、胸悶、氣短、畏寒積分、高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血漿黏度均顯著下降,最快心率、最慢心率、平均心率均顯著上升,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),且觀察組治療后上述指標(biāo)均顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);觀察組治療后SDNN較治療前顯著提高,SDANN、RMSSD顯著降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而對照組治療前后上述指標(biāo)比較無顯著差異(P0.05),觀察組治療后SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:參鹿復(fù)律湯聯(lián)合西藥治療緩慢型心律失常安全有效,能明顯改善其臨床癥狀、心臟自主神經(jīng)功能及血流動力學(xué)指標(biāo),提高心率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of Shenlu Fulu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia.Methods: 87 patients with bradyarrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 44) and the control group (n = 43). The observation group was treated with Shenlu Fulu decoction combined with salbutamol, while the control group was treated with salbutamol alone for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared, and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram and hemorheology were measured before and after treatment.Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.09) (P 0.05), compared with that before treatment, palpitation, chest tightness, shortness of breath, chilling score, high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and the fastest heart rate were observed in the two groups.The slowest heart rate and mean heart rate were significantly increased (P 0.05), and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the SDNN in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the SDNN of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference before and after treatment in the control group (P 0.05). There was a significant difference between the observation group (P 0.05) and the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion: Shenlu Fulu decoction combined with western medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia. It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, cardiac autonomic nerve function and hemodynamics, and increase heart rate.
