【摘要】：[目的]評(píng)價(jià)上海市社區(qū)高血壓患者管理的效果。[方法]使用2013年上海市慢性病及其危險(xiǎn)因素監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),分析高血壓患者的服藥、血壓控制和相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素控制的情況。[結(jié)果]7 147名患者納入分析,社區(qū)高血壓患者管理率52.64%。最近兩周服藥率為94.70%,其中管理組的服藥率(97.82%)高于非管理組(91.23%)(χ2=154.29,P0.001)。社區(qū)的高血壓控制率為35.69%,其中管理組的血壓控制率為36.58%,非管理組的血壓控制率為34.71%。接受高血壓管理是提高高血壓服藥率(OR=4.12,95%CI:3.21~5.29)和控制率(OR=1.12,95%CI:1.02~1.24)的促進(jìn)因素。兩組在超重(或肥胖)、吸煙、飲酒和身體活動(dòng)不足等相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素控制方面差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。[結(jié)論]上海市社區(qū)高血壓患者管理在提高其管理率、服藥率和血壓控制率方面取得了一定成效,但管理組患者的血壓控制率仍處于較低水平。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the effect of hypertension management in community in Shanghai.[methods] the monitoring data of chronic diseases and its risk factors in Shanghai in 2013 were used to analyze the drug taking, blood pressure control and related risk factors control in patients with hypertension.[results] among 7 147 patients, the management rate of hypertension in community was 52.64%.In the last two weeks, the rate of taking medicine in the management group was 94.70, and that in the management group was 97.82) higher than that in the non-management group (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2, 154.29, P 0.001).The control rate of hypertension in the community was 35.699.The blood pressure control rate of the management group was 36.58, and that of the non-management group was 34.71.To accept the management of hypertension is the promotion factor to increase the rate of taking medicine with hypertension 4.1295 CI: 3.215.29) and the control rate of 1.1295 CI: 1.021.24).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the control of risk factors, such as overweight (or obesity), smoking, alcohol consumption and physical inactivity.[conclusion] the management of hypertension patients in community in Shanghai has achieved some results in improving the management rate, drug taking rate and blood pressure control rate, but the blood pressure control rate of the management group is still at a low level.
