【摘要】：目的： 通過(guò)對(duì)蘇州市2006年至2011年部分放射工作人員的職業(yè)健康體檢資料、放射防護(hù)培訓(xùn)資料以及部分放射工作人員2011年和2012年個(gè)人劑量監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果的分析，觀察職業(yè)照射對(duì)放射人員的身體健康狀況的影響，并對(duì)該地區(qū)放射工作人員的個(gè)人防護(hù)水平影響因素進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)可能存在的不利因素和問(wèn)題，為放射工作人員的個(gè)人的身體健康提供科學(xué)依據(jù)，為制定相應(yīng)的防護(hù)措施提供有針對(duì)性的建議。 方法： 收集蘇州市放射工作人員2006~2012年的職業(yè)健康體檢、放射防護(hù)培訓(xùn)及個(gè)人劑量監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)，，導(dǎo)入Excel表格中，采用完全隨機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)行×列表的卡方檢驗(yàn)和CMH方法，分析職業(yè)健康體檢指標(biāo)的差異及其原因，放射防護(hù)培訓(xùn)的影響因素以及個(gè)人劑量結(jié)果。 結(jié)果： 1.參加放射防護(hù)培訓(xùn)的人數(shù)呈逐年上升趨勢(shì)，男性明顯多于女性，工業(yè)領(lǐng)域男女職員的性別差異更大；非醫(yī)用領(lǐng)域人數(shù)上升比醫(yī)用領(lǐng)域人數(shù)上升快。每年參加放射防護(hù)培訓(xùn)的人員多于參加體檢的人員；參加放射衛(wèi)生培訓(xùn)的工作人員中，女性和醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的工作人員更多地參加職業(yè)健康體檢。碩士以上文化水平的工作人員逐年增多，大學(xué)和高專文化程度人員最多的年份占總?cè)藬?shù)的86.11%。在參加培訓(xùn)的放射工作人員中，較高文化水平的從業(yè)人員更多地參加職業(yè)健康體檢。 2.每年參加職業(yè)健康體檢的人數(shù)逐年增多，且呈現(xiàn)年輕化的態(tài)勢(shì)；B超和胸透檢查結(jié)果的異常率逐年下降；血紅蛋白年異常檢出率高于紅細(xì)胞、白細(xì)胞、血小板的年異常檢出率；B超異常結(jié)果隨工齡增加有增高的趨勢(shì)；白細(xì)胞各放射工齡組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，20~30年工齡組的異常率較高。 結(jié)論： 1.蘇州市放射工作人員良好地參加了放射防護(hù)培訓(xùn)和職業(yè)健康體檢。 2.醫(yī)用電離輻射對(duì)放射工作人員健康狀況產(chǎn)生一定的影響，但職業(yè)健康檢查結(jié)果未見(jiàn)明顯異常。 3.放射工作人員的年有效劑量符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the data of occupational health examination, radiation protection training and personal dose monitoring of some radiation workers in Suzhou from 2006 to 2011. To observe the effects of occupational exposure on the physical health of radiation workers, and to analyse the factors affecting the level of personal protection of radiation workers in the region, and to identify possible adverse factors and problems, To provide scientific basis for the personal health of radiation workers, and provide targeted advice for the formulation of corresponding protective measures. Methods: the occupational health examination, radiation protection training and personal dose monitoring data of radiation workers in Suzhou from 2006 to 2012 were collected and imported into Excel form. The difference of occupational health examination index and its causes, the influencing factors of radiation protection training and the results of personal dose were analyzed. Results: 1. The number of participants in radiation protection training is increasing year by year, the number of men is obviously more than that of women, the gender difference of male and female workers in industrial field is even greater, and the number of non-medical field is rising faster than that of medical field. Each year more people attend radiation protection training than medical examinations; women and medical staff are more likely to take part in occupational health examinations. The number of staff with master's or higher education level increased year by year, and 86.11% of the total was in the year of university and college education. In the training of radiation workers, more highly educated practitioners participate in occupational health checkups. 2. The number of people attending occupational health examination increased year by year, and showed the trend of rejuvenation; the abnormal rate of B-ultrasound and chest radiography decreased year by year; the annual abnormal detection rate of hemoglobin was higher than that of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets. The abnormal results of B-ultrasound showed a tendency to increase with the length of service, and the abnormal rate of white blood cell was higher in 20 ~ 30 years working age group than in the other two groups. Conclusion: 1. Suzhou radiation workers participated in radiation protection training and occupational health examination. 2. Medical ionizing radiation had a certain effect on the health status of radiation workers, but the results of occupational health examination were not obviously abnormal. The annual effective dose of radiation workers conforms to the national standard.
