【摘要】：目的分析某鉛酸蓄電池企業(yè)引進(jìn)國(guó)外極板生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)工藝改造后鉛和噪聲危害狀況。方法以某引進(jìn)國(guó)外極板生產(chǎn)線(調(diào)查組)和某傳統(tǒng)極板生產(chǎn)線(對(duì)照組)的鉛酸蓄電池企業(yè)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,分別進(jìn)行工作場(chǎng)所職業(yè)病危害因素檢測(cè)、職業(yè)健康檢查和職業(yè)病防護(hù)措施分析。結(jié)果調(diào)查組工作場(chǎng)所鉛煙和鉛塵水平超標(biāo)率均低于對(duì)照組(13.6%vs 71.0%,19.2%vs 72.3%,P0.01),調(diào)查組作業(yè)工人尿鉛水平超標(biāo)率低于對(duì)照組(15.6%vs37.5%,P0.05)。調(diào)查組和對(duì)照組工作場(chǎng)所噪聲強(qiáng)度超標(biāo)率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(38.9%vs 43.5%,P0.05)),調(diào)查組和對(duì)照組作業(yè)工人聽力損失率、雙耳高頻平均聽閾≥40 d BHL和較好耳語(yǔ)頻平均聽閾≥26 d BHL檢出率差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(43.8%vs 37.5%,9.4%vs 12.5%,3.1%vs 5.4%,P0.05)。結(jié)論極板生產(chǎn)線改造有利于鉛職業(yè)病危害的防治控制,但對(duì)于噪聲職業(yè)病危害的防治控制并無(wú)明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the harmful situation of lead and noise in a lead-acid battery enterprise after introducing foreign pole plate production line. Methods A lead-acid battery enterprise with imported foreign polar plate production line (investigation group) and a traditional pole plate production line (control group) was used to investigate the occupational hazard factors in the workplace.
