【摘要】：無排卵是引起如不孕、閉經(jīng)、功血等婦科常見病、疑難病的主要病因,因此,促進(jìn)卵巢功能、誘發(fā)排卵是婦科工作者面臨的一個重要課題。中醫(yī)古籍無“無排卵”的稱謂記載,但認(rèn)為其病機(jī)與腎、肝、心、沖任功能失常及濕、痰、瘀有關(guān),主要從辨病辨證論治、單方單藥治療、中藥周期療法、針灸治療、針?biāo)幝?lián)合、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合等幾個方面進(jìn)行促排卵,并對中藥促排卵的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)和臨床研究。西醫(yī)促排卵有一定的適應(yīng)證,常用促排卵藥物主要有CC、Gn、GnRH、GnRH類似物、多巴胺受體激動劑、TMX、糖皮質(zhì)激素和促排卵輔助藥物等8大類,它們促排卵的機(jī)理各不相同,且可引起一定的并發(fā)癥。本文將中西醫(yī)近20年來促排卵研究進(jìn)展作一綜述,包括導(dǎo)師對無排卵中醫(yī)學(xué)病機(jī)的認(rèn)識和促排卵臨床用藥經(jīng)驗(yàn),并提出了本病研究中存在的一些問題和展望。
[Abstract]:Anovulation is the main cause of gynecological diseases such as infertility, amenorrhea and dysfunctional diseases. Therefore, to promote ovarian function and induce ovulation is an important subject for gynecologists. There is no description of "no ovulation" in ancient Chinese medicine, but it is believed that its pathogenesis is related to kidney, liver, heart, dysfunction and dampness, phlegm and blood stasis. It is mainly treated by differentiation of disease and syndrome, single prescription and single drug treatment, periodic Chinese medicine therapy, and acupuncture treatment. The mechanism of promoting ovulation by TCM was studied in a large number of experiments and clinical studies on the combination of acupuncture and medicine and combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Western medicine has some indications for promoting ovulation. The commonly used ovulatory agents are the GnRHH GnRH analogue, the dopamine receptor agonist TMX, glucocorticoid and ovulation stimulating adjuvant, etc. The mechanism of ovulation promotion is different among the eight main drugs, such as the dopamine receptor agonist (TMX), the glucocorticoid (glucocorticoid) and the adjuvant drugs for ovulation. And can cause certain complications. This article reviews the research progress of ovulation promotion in recent 20 years in traditional Chinese and western medicine, including the understanding of the pathogenesis of anovulation in traditional Chinese medicine and clinical experience in ovulation promotion, and puts forward some problems and prospects in the study of ovulation promotion.
