試析日本高知縣土佐市共同參與型基礎教育改革實踐

【摘要】:高知縣土佐市的基礎教育改革是在日本20世紀90年代后半期開始的地方分權和放寬限制的推動下進行的。土佐市在"孩子是學校的主人公"這一基本理念指引下,通過"基于學校、家庭和社區(qū)的合作來提高教育水平"、"注重提高教師的素質和指導能力"、"通過導入教學評價系統(tǒng)等改善教學的措施,提升學生的學力水平"等具體舉措,推進積極有效的改革實踐。其改革特別注重學生、家長、社區(qū)居民和教師等相關主體的共同合作與參與,是日本以共同參加為特征的基礎教育改革模式的典型代表。
[Abstract]:The reform of basic education in Takeshi Prefecture was promoted by the decentralization and relaxation of restrictions that began in Japan in the second half of the 1990s. Guided by the basic idea that "children are the protagonists of the school," the city of Tuco adopted a "school-based approach." Family and community cooperation to improve the level of education, "pay attention to improving teachers' quality and guiding ability," through the introduction of teaching evaluation system to improve teaching measures, improve students' academic ability, "and other specific measures, We will promote positive and effective reform practices. The reform pays special attention to the cooperation and participation of students, parents, community residents and teachers, and is a typical representative of Japan's basic education reform model characterized by joint participation.
