【摘要】：我們所倡導的教育已經(jīng)不再是單純地向?qū)W生傳授科學文化知識,而是更加關注學生心理健康和道德素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展。在這一教育背景下,一種獨特的行為方式正逐漸走入教育領域,這就是儀式。在人一生所受的教育中,儀式教育是十分重要的組成部分,尤其是在小學這一特殊階段,儀式教育因其在思想和情感方面特有的凝聚力和感染力,地位就更加凸顯了。當儀式進入教育場域中與學校有機結合時,其顯性和隱性教育作用得以發(fā)揮。本文以探究儀式和儀式教育的含義為文章的出發(fā)點,筆者認為儀式教育是一種獨特的教育方式,即教育工作者依據(jù)預定的教育目標和計劃通過具有象征性、表演性、文化性的行為方式和程序?qū)κ芙逃�者施加影�?促使其在認知層面上將儀式中的規(guī)范和程序內(nèi)化為自身知識,在情感層面上感悟儀式內(nèi)容中的正面能量,最終實現(xiàn)受教育者全面健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的教育方式。小學是人生中一個重要的階段,小學生的身心特點決定了他們有著非常強的可塑性和無限發(fā)展的可能性,生動而形象、感染力與趣味性并存的儀式活動會給小學生留下深刻而持久的印象,達到意想不到的教育效果。因此本文就試著從“小學階段”這一特殊的階段,選取某些常規(guī)儀式活動的開展狀況作為研究內(nèi)容,以筆者實習所在的小學為調(diào)研學校,深入調(diào)查該學校儀式教育活動開展的實況,通過個體反映整體,透視出當前小學階段儀式教育中面臨的現(xiàn)實困境。由研究得出當前小學階段儀式教育存在的問題主要有:儀式活動開展的過于形式化和流程化,表演色彩過重,缺少貼近學生生活的活動內(nèi)容;儀式活動忽視學生的主體地位,學校領導唱獨角戲;儀式活動缺乏適當?shù)脑u價與反饋。究其原因首先是觀念上的問題,師生對儀式教育認知存在偏差;另外,儀式教育者對學生的情感體驗不重視;儀式教育師資力量匱乏,教師的儀式教育專業(yè)素養(yǎng)普遍不高。通過以上對儀式教育的梳理和分析研究,筆者進一步探索小學階段儀式教育的改進策略,嘗試提出以下建議:第一,重塑理念,凸顯育人功能,關注學生的主體地位;第二,選擇實質(zhì)性的教育內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新儀式教育的方法;第三,整合學校教育資源,開發(fā)獨具特色的校本課程;第四,探索多元評價方式,健全評價體系;第五,成立專門機構,加強儀式教育師資力量,以期更好地發(fā)揮其育人的實際效能,促進小學階段儀式教育的蓬勃發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The education we advocate is no longer simply to impart scientific and cultural knowledge to students, but to pay more attention to the development of students' mental health and moral literacy.In this educational background, a unique behavior is gradually moving into the field of education, which is ritual.Ritual education is a very important part in the education of one's life, especially in the special stage of primary school. The status of ritual education is more prominent because of its special cohesion and influence in thought and emotion.When ritual enters the field of education and combines with school organically, its explicit and implicit educational function can be brought into play.The author thinks that ritual education is a unique way of education, that is, according to the predetermined educational goal and plan, the educator is symbolic and expressive.The cultural behavior and procedure exert influence on the educatee, urge them to internalize the norms and procedures in the ritual into their own knowledge, and to realize the positive energy in the content of the ceremony on the emotional level.Finally, we can realize the education mode of the educatee's overall healthy and sustainable development.Primary school is an important stage in life. The physical and mental characteristics of primary school students determine that they have very strong plasticity and infinite possibilities of development, vivid and vivid.Both infectious and interesting ritual activities will leave a deep and lasting impression on pupils and achieve unexpected educational effects.Therefore, this paper tries to select the development of some routine ritual activities as the research content from the special stage of "primary school", taking the primary school where I practice as the research school.By investigating the actual situation of the school's ritual education activities and reflecting the whole through the individual, we can find out the practical difficulties in the ritual education in the primary school stage.From the research, the main problems of ritual education in primary school are as follows: the ritual activities are carried out too formally and systematically, the performance color is too heavy, and the content of activities close to the students' life is lacking, and the ritual activities neglect the students' main position.School leaders sing monologues; ritual activities lack proper evaluation and feedback.The first reason is the problem of concept, teachers and students have deviations to the cognition of ritual education; in addition, ritual educators do not attach importance to students' emotional experience; the teachers of ritual education are short of teachers, and teachers' professional literacy of ritual education is generally not high.Through the above analysis and analysis of ritual education, the author further explores the improvement strategies of ritual education in primary school, and tries to put forward the following suggestions: first, to reshape the concept, highlight the educational function, and pay attention to the main position of students; second,Choose substantive education content, innovate the method of ritual education; third, integrate school education resources, develop unique school-based curriculum; fourth, explore multiple evaluation methods and perfect evaluation system; fifth, set up special institutions,The teachers of ritual education should be strengthened in order to give full play to their practical effect of educating people and to promote the vigorous development of ritual education in primary school.
