【摘要】：正班級管理中,為了讓孩子們某方面的壞習(xí)慣得以改變,班主任常常許下一些諾言,當(dāng)學(xué)生達成老師所愿時便兌現(xiàn)承諾。縱觀現(xiàn)實中班主任的承諾以及所對應(yīng)的要求,真正達成的很少,原因何在呢?我們發(fā)現(xiàn),其中有些是學(xué)生對班主任的承諾不感興趣,有些是學(xué)生無法達到班主任的要求,還有些是學(xué)生達到了,而班主任未能兌現(xiàn)承諾。竊以為,對于承諾以及承諾所包含的對學(xué)生的要求,都不能隨意而為之。對學(xué)生的要求,不可過高,也不可過低。過高了,學(xué)生
[Abstract]:In class management, in order to change the bad habits of children in some way, the head teacher often makes promises and makes promises when the students meet the teacher's wishes.
