【摘要】：正足球作為世界第一大球類運(yùn)動(dòng),深受人們喜愛(ài)。但中國(guó)的足球競(jìng)技水平卻不高,遠(yuǎn)落后于世界領(lǐng)先水平,青少年人群的參與度也隨之大打折扣,校園足球的推廣與普及迫在眉睫。校園足球由課堂教學(xué)、課余訓(xùn)練兩大部分組成,其中課余訓(xùn)練是以提升足球技術(shù)技能為主要目的,其用時(shí)長(zhǎng)、強(qiáng)度大、對(duì)抗頻繁,且每堂訓(xùn)練課最后部分必須安排實(shí)戰(zhàn)球賽,因此在比賽中可更全面地提升學(xué)生足球技能。但就是這樣一堂合格的訓(xùn)練課,卻讓部分家長(zhǎng)、
