學校文化如何擺脫一廂情愿的尷尬境地

【摘要】:正在我們的學校文化建設中,參與代替了包辦,生成代替了復制,過程代替了結果。2010年7月,我擔任山東省淄博市臨淄區(qū)晏嬰小學校長。當時學校的情況不容樂觀:教師是從全區(qū)各學校抽調來的;學生也是從附近幾所學校轉移過來的,可以說,這所小學就是東拼西湊而成。怎樣將這些來自"五湖四海"的師生凝聚起來?我發(fā)現(xiàn):只有構建學校文化,讓全校師生擁有一種大家認同的精神,學校才會有凝聚力和向心力,才能蓬勃發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In our school culture construction, the participation has replaced the arrangement, the generation has replaced the copy, the process has replaced the result. In July 2010, I was the principal of Yan Ying Primary School in Zibo City, Shandong Province. The situation at that time was not optimistic: teachers were drawn from schools in the whole district and students were transferred from nearby schools, so to speak, the primary school was a patchwork. How to bring together these teachers and students from all over the world? I find that only by constructing the school culture and allowing the teachers and students to have a spirit that everyone agrees with can the school have cohesion and centripetal force and flourish.
