小學(xué)體育課堂德育滲透的教學(xué)心理環(huán)境研究

【摘要】:在我國傳統(tǒng)文化中,德育一直居于學(xué)校教育的首要地位,統(tǒng)攝著其他各種教育活動(dòng)。德育是學(xué)校全部教育活動(dòng)的靈魂、歸宿與價(jià)值取向,它不是學(xué)校教育的唯一任務(wù),卻是其最高的追求。黨的十八大確立了教育的根本任務(wù)是“立德樹人”。體育教學(xué)作為學(xué)校教育的重要組成部分,其價(jià)值不僅在于促進(jìn)學(xué)生身體發(fā)育,增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)等生理方面,更深層次的價(jià)值在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健全的人格。隨著體育課程改革的不斷深入,充分挖掘體育課堂的德育因素也成了關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文從體育課堂德育滲透的教學(xué)心理環(huán)境角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、教育行動(dòng)研究法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法進(jìn)行研究,旨在了解小學(xué)體育課堂德育的教學(xué)心理環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,貫徹落實(shí)立德樹人的根本任務(wù);探索課堂教學(xué)心理環(huán)境作用德育的規(guī)律,充分發(fā)揮體育學(xué)科的獨(dú)特德育功能;分析影響小學(xué)體育德育滲透成效的課堂教學(xué)心理環(huán)境因素,為德育的教學(xué)心理環(huán)境調(diào)控提供對(duì)策。本研究的結(jié)論為:1.影響小學(xué)生德育滲透的體育教學(xué)心理環(huán)境的特質(zhì)主要包括生態(tài)性、實(shí)踐性、主體性和動(dòng)態(tài)性等。2.構(gòu)成體育教學(xué)心理環(huán)境的要素對(duì)小學(xué)生德育滲透的效果具有重要影響,其中教學(xué)目標(biāo)是促進(jìn)小學(xué)生德育滲透的有效條件、教學(xué)內(nèi)容是小學(xué)生德育滲透的載體、教學(xué)活動(dòng)是小學(xué)生德育滲透的重要途徑、教學(xué)中的人際關(guān)系有利于形成小學(xué)生德育滲透的良好氛圍、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)是小學(xué)生德育滲透效果的反饋。3.體育教師對(duì)于體育課堂進(jìn)行德育滲透的認(rèn)同度較高,認(rèn)為體育課堂的德育滲透的內(nèi)容主要包括競(jìng)爭(zhēng)精神、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和意志品質(zhì)等。4.與初級(jí)職稱的教師相比,中、高級(jí)職稱的教師對(duì)營造良好的教學(xué)環(huán)境和挖掘教材特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行德育滲透給予了更高的認(rèn)同。大部分教師認(rèn)為良好的教學(xué)心理環(huán)境的創(chuàng)建對(duì)于提升課堂德育滲透效果是必要的,但是對(duì)于體育教學(xué)心理環(huán)境的認(rèn)知度卻較為有限。5.通過教育行動(dòng)研究可以得出,創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的教學(xué)心理環(huán)境對(duì)于提升德育滲透效果是可行的,主要的策略包括構(gòu)建清晰的課堂教學(xué)的德育目標(biāo)、形成輕松愉悅的課堂氛圍,良好的師生互動(dòng),靈活有效的教學(xué)手段和方法的運(yùn)用,教學(xué)內(nèi)容的德育內(nèi)涵的挖掘等。
[Abstract]:In the traditional culture of our country, moral education always occupies the primary position of school education and dominates all kinds of other educational activities. Moral education is the soul, home and value orientation of all educational activities. It is not the only task of school education, but its highest pursuit. The 18 th Party Congress established that the basic task of education is to "set up morality and build people." Physical education as an important part of school education, its value is not only to promote the physical development of students, physical fitness and other physiological aspects, the deeper value lies in the cultivation of students' sound personality. With the deepening of PE curriculum reform, it has become the focus of attention to fully excavate the moral factors of PE classroom. From the perspective of the teaching psychological environment of PE classroom moral education infiltration, this paper uses the methods of literature, investigation, educational action research and mathematical statistics to carry on the research. The purpose of this paper is to understand the present situation of teaching psychological environment of moral education in physical education classroom in primary school, and to carry out the basic task of establishing moral education. This paper probes into the law of the effect of the psychological environment of classroom teaching on moral education, fully exerts the unique function of moral education of physical education, and analyzes the factors of psychological environment of classroom teaching which affect the penetration effect of PE moral education in primary school, and provides countermeasures for the regulation and control of the psychological environment in teaching of moral education. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The characteristics of the psychological environment of physical education which influence the infiltration of primary school students' moral education mainly include ecology, practicality, subjectivity and dynamics. 2. The elements that constitute the psychological environment of physical education have an important influence on the effect of moral education penetration of primary school students, among which the teaching goal is the effective condition to promote the moral education penetration of primary school students, and the teaching content is the carrier of the moral education penetration of primary school students. Teaching activity is an important way for primary school students to infiltrate moral education. The interpersonal relationship in teaching is conducive to forming a good atmosphere for primary school students' moral education penetration, and teaching evaluation is the feedback of primary school students' moral education penetration effect. Physical education teachers have a higher degree of acceptance of moral education infiltration in physical education classroom, and think that the content of moral education infiltration in physical education classroom mainly includes competitive spirit, team spirit and will quality. 4. Compared with teachers with primary titles, teachers with senior titles have a higher recognition of creating a good teaching environment and exploring the characteristics of teaching materials for moral education. Most teachers believe that the establishment of a good teaching psychological environment is necessary to improve the penetration effect of classroom moral education, but the recognition of the psychological environment of physical education teaching is relatively limited. Through educational action research, it can be concluded that it is feasible to create a good teaching psychological environment for improving the effect of moral education penetration. The main strategies include constructing clear moral education objectives of classroom teaching and forming a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere. Good interaction between teachers and students, flexible and effective teaching means and methods, and excavation of the connotation of moral education.
