汪清縣小學(xué)支教政策實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國(guó)在增進(jìn)教育資本平衡成長(zhǎng)、縮小城鄉(xiāng)教育差別等方面頒布了多項(xiàng)支援農(nóng)村教育的政策。作為調(diào)和教育資本平衡成長(zhǎng)的主要措施,城鎮(zhèn)教師支援農(nóng)村教育取得了明顯效果。教師支援農(nóng)村的這一行動(dòng),可以促進(jìn)教育發(fā)展,教師的資源也可以優(yōu)化合理。解決這一薄弱的農(nóng)村教師問題的重大舉措在于提高農(nóng)村教育的質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)義務(wù)教育的均衡發(fā)展。這些舉措具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本研究主要運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法和訪談?wù){(diào)查法,對(duì)汪清縣城鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)四所小學(xué)的33名支教教師發(fā)放問卷,對(duì)教育部門負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行訪談,了解了汪清縣小學(xué)支教政策的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀。經(jīng)調(diào)查訪問得知城鎮(zhèn)教師支援農(nóng)村教育成效較好,但還存在支教的老師對(duì)支教思想認(rèn)識(shí)不足、積極性不高;支教示范作用不強(qiáng);支教老師沒有做好兩校之間的協(xié)調(diào)等難題。本研究分析了問題的原因,并提出以下對(duì)策建議:(1)加強(qiáng)城鎮(zhèn)教師支持農(nóng)村教育的培訓(xùn),提高教師對(duì)工作本質(zhì)的認(rèn)識(shí);(2)加強(qiáng)支援學(xué)校的作用;(3)受援學(xué)校要多重視管理;(4)教育行政部門應(yīng)改進(jìn)教學(xué)的監(jiān)督,保證教育工作科學(xué)、有序的進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has promulgated many policies to support rural education in terms of promoting balanced growth of educational capital and narrowing the gap between urban and rural education. As the main measure to harmonize the balanced growth of educational capital, urban teachers have achieved remarkable results in supporting rural education. Teachers' support to rural areas can promote the development of education, teachers' resources can be optimized and reasonable. The major measure to solve the problem of rural teachers is to improve the quality of rural education and promote the balanced development of compulsory education. These measures have important strategic and practical significance. In this study, 33 teachers of four primary schools in Wangqing County were investigated by questionnaire and interview, and the responsible persons of education department were interviewed to understand the current situation of implementing the policy of supporting education in Wangqing County. Through the investigation and interview, it is found that the urban teachers support the rural education well, but there are still some problems such as insufficient understanding and enthusiasm of the teachers who support the rural areas, weak demonstration of the supporting education, and the failure of the teachers to coordinate between the two schools. This study analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the following countermeasures: (1) to strengthen the training of urban teachers to support rural education, to enhance teachers' understanding of the nature of work, (2) to strengthen the role of supporting schools; (3) the recipient schools should pay more attention to the management, (4) the administrative departments of education should improve the supervision of teaching to ensure that the education work is carried out in a scientific and orderly manner.
