【摘要】：為了改善超高強(qiáng)度鋼板沖壓件的加工質(zhì)量,以某方形槽熱沖壓件為對(duì)象,以板料淬火溫度、模具初始溫度、沖壓速度和模具間隙為設(shè)計(jì)變量,以沖壓件成形溫降、回彈量和成形減薄率3個(gè)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)為響應(yīng)量,構(gòu)建了熱沖壓加工質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的Kriging模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以構(gòu)建的Kriging模型為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立超高強(qiáng)度鋼板熱沖壓工藝參數(shù)多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型。應(yīng)用第二代非支配遺傳算法進(jìn)行尋優(yōu)計(jì)算,獲得了優(yōu)化的熱沖壓工藝參數(shù):B1500HS超高強(qiáng)度鋼板零件熱沖壓的最佳淬火溫度為898.3℃,模具的初始溫度為67.1℃,沖壓速度為39.64 mm·s-1,模具間隙為2.2 mm。工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化后的驗(yàn)算結(jié)果表明,工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化后,成形溫度更加均勻,回彈量減少25.6%,最大減薄率下降23%。
