【摘要】：美國"多元文化主義"相關(guān)群體心理的多重面相決定了美國"多元文化主義"理論構(gòu)建的局限性、應(yīng)用范圍的模糊性及執(zhí)行過程的極端性,從而使美國"多元文化主義"陷入困境。要想脫離困境,就必須對自身理論進行重構(gòu),重構(gòu)必須建立在超越與重生的基礎(chǔ)上。在此基礎(chǔ)上從強化國家認同、重塑主流文化和尊重差異多元三個路徑,使美國"多元文化主義"理論從縱向?qū)用娴靡载炌ā�從橫向?qū)用娴靡曰�動。縱橫交錯,妥善處理個人與族裔、社會及國家的關(guān)系,既保持了國家、社會的高度統(tǒng)一,又給予了族裔、個人自由空間,從而解決了分與合、統(tǒng)一與多樣、原則與靈活、互動與交融的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The multi-aspect of the group psychology of American "multiculturalism" determines the limitation of the construction of American "multiculturalism" theory, the fuzziness of the application scope and the extreme of the execution process. So that American "multiculturalism" into a dilemma. In order to break away from the predicament, we must reconstruct our own theory, and the reconstruction must be based on transcendence and rebirth. On the basis of this, the three paths of strengthening national identity, reshaping mainstream culture and respecting diversity make the theory of "multiculturalism" in the United States run through the vertical level and interact horizontally. Crisscross, the proper handling of the relations between individuals and ethnic groups, society and the state has not only maintained a high degree of unity in the country and society, but also given room for ethnic groups and individuals to be free, thus solving the problems of division and cooperation, unity and diversity, principles and flexibility, The relationship between interaction and blending.
