對H公司物流服務提供商的評選研究

  隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展及電商的繁榮,供應鏈物流的價值日益凸顯,其不僅是保證商流順暢進行的物質(zhì)基礎,也是實現(xiàn)“以顧客為中心”理念的根本保證。為降低成本、提升競爭優(yōu)勢,促進企業(yè)發(fā)展,更多的制造型企業(yè)選擇將重心傾向于產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售等核心業(yè)務,而把物流業(yè)務外包給專門從事物流管理的企業(yè),此時,企業(yè)如何有效地綜合評價與選擇物流服務商即成為首先需要考慮的問題之一。目前國內(nèi)部分公司多數(shù)采用的是總成本法,即對備選物流供應商的報價進行比較,以“最低價”為標準選擇物流服務供應商。但是這種方法可能存在著服務質(zhì)量難以保證、信息化管理效能低下等弊端,不利于客戶的滿意度乃至于企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展。H公司作為一家化工企業(yè),在前期同樣采用了總成本分析法,作為選擇物流服務供應商的方法,并且缺乏完整的物流供應商的評價指標,致使企業(yè)物流費率較高、到貨率不穩(wěn)定,顧客投訴率較高等。為改善物流管理方式,引入了物流戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟思想,設定了完整、科學、合理的評價指標,運用層次分析法計算最終得出結(jié)果。本文研究的H公司基于戰(zhàn)略合作角度,通過層次分析法評選出物流供應商,也通過分指標得分情況,評價其目前的不足,并針對性的提出了改進的對策建議。從而使得...
