【摘要】：萬(wàn)歷二十年(1592)四月,日本豐臣秀吉發(fā)動(dòng)侵略朝鮮之戰(zhàn),史稱"萬(wàn)歷朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)" ①。朝鮮向明朝求救后,明朝軍隊(duì)遠(yuǎn)征援助朝鮮,獲得兩次大捷之后敗于碧蹄館,因而開始明日和議。以往有關(guān)問題的學(xué)術(shù)研究,普遍認(rèn)為時(shí)任兵部尚書的石星是和議的主謀,沈惟敬是其得力幫手。然而從整個(gè)議和事件的經(jīng)過來(lái)看,首輔趙志皋在和議中起到了重要的推動(dòng)作用,是冊(cè)封事件中的關(guān)鍵人物,卻在以往研究中被忽視。本文以明代首輔趙志皋為主要研究對(duì)象,從史料中考察其推動(dòng)和議的過程,得出其推動(dòng)明日和議的原因有三:第一,明朝遠(yuǎn)征兵力與糧餉耗費(fèi)巨大,繼續(xù)出兵救援恐使國(guó)庫(kù)空虛、徭役繁重,影響明朝內(nèi)部安定;第二,萬(wàn)歷皇帝表現(xiàn)出支持議和的意愿,在"國(guó)本之爭(zhēng)"君臣矛盾激化之后,支持皇帝的決策是繼任首輔的趙志皋的必然選擇;第三,明末黨爭(zhēng)在萬(wàn)歷一朝已現(xiàn)端倪,萬(wàn)歷援朝時(shí)期復(fù)雜的政治態(tài)勢(shì)引導(dǎo)了趙志皋的政治取向。同時(shí),縱觀萬(wàn)歷援朝戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)明日和議的整個(gè)決策過程,充分反映了萬(wàn)歷朝后期內(nèi)政混亂對(duì)外交產(chǎn)生了影響。
[Abstract]:In April, 1592, Japan launched the War of aggression against Korea, known as the Korean War of Wanli. After North Korea appealed to the Ming Dynasty for help, the Ming Dynasty troops made an expedition to aid the country, won two great victories and lost to Bihoku, so they began peace talks tomorrow. In the past, it was generally believed that Shi Xing, then Shang Shu of the Ministry of Arms, was the mastermind of peace talks, and Shen Weijing was his powerful helper. However, from the whole process of the negotiation, Zhao Zhigao, the first assistant, played an important role in the peace talks and was the key figure in the canonization, which was ignored in the previous studies. This paper takes Zhao Zhigao as the main object of study, from the historical data to investigate the process of promoting peace and discussion, and finds out that there are three reasons for its promoting tomorrow peace discussion: first, the Ming Dynasty Expeditionary Force and grain pay spend a lot of money. Continuing to send troops to rescue may make the treasury empty, the corvee arduous, and affect the internal stability of the Ming Dynasty. Second, the Emperor Wanli showed his willingness to support and discuss peace, after the contradictions between the monarchs and the ministers in the "struggle for the foundation of the state" intensified. The decision to support the emperor was the inevitable choice of Zhao Zhigao, who succeeded the first assistant. Third, the party contention in the end of Ming Dynasty appeared in Wanli Dynasty, and the complicated political situation of Wanli aiding Korea period led Zhao Zhigao's political orientation. At the same time, the whole decision-making process of the Wanli War of aiding Korea tomorrow fully reflects the influence of internal chaos on diplomacy in the later period of Wanli Dynasty.
