【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央高度重視對中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承與發(fā)展。習(xí)近平在國內(nèi)外多個場合闡發(fā)了傳統(tǒng)文化的價值,內(nèi)容詳實(shí),理論深刻,他創(chuàng)造性地發(fā)展了共產(chǎn)黨人的傳統(tǒng)文化觀,他關(guān)于傳統(tǒng)文化的深刻思想是我們在新時期繼承和弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)文化的科學(xué)指南。習(xí)近平總書記的傳統(tǒng)文化觀是對以毛澤東為首的歷屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人傳統(tǒng)文化觀的繼承和發(fā)展。在新的時代背景下,文化全球化的發(fā)展和偉大復(fù)興中國夢的實(shí)踐要求,使習(xí)近平的傳統(tǒng)文化觀又有了新的時代特色。第一,習(xí)近平給予傳統(tǒng)文化極高的歷史定位,認(rèn)為中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化是社會主義核心價值觀的重要來源,蘊(yùn)含著處理國際關(guān)系的基本理念和解決人類面臨的難題的良方;第二,習(xí)近平在治國理政實(shí)踐中注重對傳統(tǒng)文化的綜合運(yùn)用,四個全面的戰(zhàn)略布局體現(xiàn)出習(xí)近平對傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承與超越;第三,習(xí)近平提出了發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)文化的方法論原則,明確了傳統(tǒng)文化的發(fā)展方向。他主張在堅持人民主體性的基礎(chǔ)之上,創(chuàng)新傳統(tǒng)文化的傳播方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)文化的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展;最后,習(xí)近平總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)文化所具有的特性,他認(rèn)為作為我們民族“根”和“魂”的傳統(tǒng)文化,具有“歷久彌新”“兼容并蓄”的特點(diǎn)。習(xí)近平傳統(tǒng)文化觀內(nèi)容豐富而深刻,具有深遠(yuǎn)的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。習(xí)近平的傳統(tǒng)文化觀是對馬克思關(guān)于人全面發(fā)展的思想的繼承,是對共產(chǎn)黨人傳統(tǒng)文化觀的發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)了中華民族的四個自信。他關(guān)于傳統(tǒng)文化的一系列重要論述有助于我們抵制和批判歷史虛無主義、全盤西化等錯誤觀點(diǎn),對于提升中華文化軟實(shí)力和促使中華文化“走出去”具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th Party Congress, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has attached great importance to the inheritance and development of China's outstanding traditional culture. Xi Jinping has expounded the value of traditional culture on many occasions both at home and abroad, with detailed contents and profound theory. He has creatively developed the traditional cultural outlook of the Communists. His profound thought on traditional culture is a scientific guide for us to inherit and carry forward traditional culture in the new period. General Secretary Xi Jinping's traditional cultural view is the inheritance and development of the traditional cultural view of the leaders headed by Mao Zedong. Under the background of the new era, the development of cultural globalization and the practice requirement of great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream make Xi Jinping's traditional cultural view have new characteristics of the times. First, Xi Jinping has given a very high historical position to traditional culture, believing that Chinese excellent traditional culture is an important source of socialist core values, which contains the basic concepts of handling international relations and the solution to the problems facing mankind. Second, Xi Jinping pays attention to the comprehensive application of traditional culture in the practice of governing and managing politics. The four comprehensive strategic layouts reflect Xi Jinping's inheritance and transcendence of traditional culture. Third, Xi Jinping puts forward the methodological principles of developing traditional culture. Defined the development direction of traditional culture. On the basis of upholding the subjectivity of the people, he advocated innovating the way of spreading traditional culture, realizing the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture. Finally, Xi Jinping summed up the characteristics of traditional culture. He believed that the traditional culture, as the root and soul of our nation, had the characteristics of "lasting and new" and "inclusive". Xi Jinping's traditional cultural views are rich and profound, with profound theoretical and practical significance. Xi Jinping's traditional cultural view is the inheritance of Marx's thought on the all-round development of human being, and the development of the traditional cultural view of the Communists, which strengthens the four self-confidence of the Chinese nation. His series of important expositions on traditional culture help us to resist and criticize historical nihilism and westernization, etc. It is of great significance to enhance the soft power of Chinese culture and to promote Chinese culture to "go out".
