【摘要】：本文旨在對澳大利亞口譯的歷史和當(dāng)代發(fā)展進(jìn)行概括和分析,尤其是在澳大利亞多元文化的背景之下,進(jìn)行分析。澳大利亞作為一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)的移民國家,在近幾年屢見移民潮涌來。當(dāng)洶涌的移民潮遇見長居本地的原住民族,勢必為多元文化的扎根提供了殷實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。而口譯作為文化交流的重要橋梁,已得到各界的深度關(guān)注并將在這個(gè)多元文化社會里得到更長足的發(fā)展。這無疑是一個(gè)具有較高學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值的課題,值得進(jìn)行深度探究。本文作者對口譯的政策演進(jìn)進(jìn)行了分析,并分別對聯(lián)邦政策和州政策加以對比。同時(shí)還針對電話口譯服務(wù)(Telephone Interpreting Service)作了專門的分析,該系統(tǒng)的建立是澳大利亞在口譯領(lǐng)域的獨(dú)創(chuàng),值得各國進(jìn)行效仿,筆者在分析其優(yōu)勢的同時(shí),也指出了在發(fā)展過程中所遇到的問題。隨后,筆者又對The National Accreditation Authority for Translators andInterpreters(NAATI)機(jī)構(gòu)做了獨(dú)到的分析,深入探討了它作為認(rèn)證、測試、培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的表現(xiàn)和貢獻(xiàn)。本文旨在分析澳大利亞在口譯方面做出的卓越貢獻(xiàn)和所遇到的問題,并為中國在這些領(lǐng)域的未來發(fā)展提供借鑒,并探索未來兩國潛在的合作可能。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the history and contemporary development of Australian interpretation, especially in the context of Australian multiculturalism. Australia, as a traditional immigrant country, has seen the influx of immigrants in recent years. When a surge of immigrants meets native aborigines, it is bound to provide a solid foundation for multiculturalism to take root. As an important bridge of cultural communication, interpretation has been deeply concerned by all walks of life and will be further developed in this multicultural society. This is undoubtedly a high academic value of the subject, worthy of in-depth exploration. The author analyzes the evolution of interpretation policy and compares federal policy with state policy. At the same time, the author also makes a special analysis on telephone interpreting Service. The establishment of this system is the original creation of Australia in the field of interpretation, and it is worthy of emulation by other countries. At the same time, the author analyzes its advantages. It also points out the problems encountered in the process of development. Then, the author makes a unique analysis of the National Accreditation Authority for translators and interpreters (NAATI), and probes into its performance and contribution as a certification, testing and training institution. The purpose of this paper is to analyze Australia's outstanding contribution and problems in interpreting, and to provide reference for the future development of China in these fields, and to explore the potential cooperation between the two countries in the future.
