【摘要】：我國是茶的故鄉(xiāng),在兩千來年對茶的飲用中,中國茶人創(chuàng)造出了內(nèi)涵豐富、博大精深的傳統(tǒng)茶文化。英國也是一個茶文化大國,盡管其飲茶的歷史不過四百多年,但是在英國王室的示范作用以及工業(yè)革命的直接作用下,茶文化作為一種國民文化迅速在英國普及,最終形成了以英國茶文化為基礎的西方茶文化。不管是中國還是西方國家,茶文化已經(jīng)滲透到了各自民族的語言教學之中。對我國的大學生而言,認識和了解中西茶文化的差異,能夠更好地去感受中西之間不同的語言特點、交流方式以及風土人情等。本文就從中西茶文化的差異說起,對大學英語教學中文化教學的意義試論一二。
[Abstract]:China is the hometown of tea. In 2,000 years of tea drinking, Chinese tea people have created a rich and profound traditional tea culture. Britain is also a big tea culture country. Although its tea drinking history is only more than 400 years, tea culture as a kind of national culture spread rapidly in England under the demonstration of British royal family and the direct effect of the industrial revolution. In the end, the western tea culture based on British tea culture was formed. Whether in China or in western countries, tea culture has penetrated into the language teaching of their respective nations. Understanding and understanding the differences between Chinese and Western tea culture, we can better feel the different language characteristics, communication methods and local customs between China and the West. This paper starts with the differences between Chinese and Western tea culture. On the significance of cultural teaching in college English teaching.
