　　近義詞辨析一直是語言教學(xué)中的難點。由于近義詞在概念意義上的相似性,它們總被認為是完全對等的,造成非典型搭配甚至是偏誤。近年來,隨著語料庫語言學(xué)的興起,語義韻研究逐漸成為熱門課題。語義韻指的是節(jié)點詞與其搭配詞之間的語義氛圍。通過探索節(jié)點詞的頻數(shù)、顯著搭配詞以及相應(yīng)的語義韻,研究者能夠更加全面地了解該詞項。這為詞匯尤其是近義詞辨析提供了很好的方法。除此之外,這對英漢對等詞的翻譯也有很大的參考價值�；�于此,本研究選取了“破壞”類動詞DESTROY及其近義詞DAMAGE,RUIN,HARM以及它們的的漢語翻譯對等詞破壞、損壞、毀壞、損害作為研究詞項。本研究采用基于語料庫以及對比的方法。以美國當(dāng)代英語語料庫(COCA)和北京語言大學(xué)語料庫中心(BCC)的語料為基礎(chǔ),對英漢兩組近義詞的頻數(shù)、顯著搭配詞以及相應(yīng)的語義韻進行對比。研究結(jié)果如下:第一,英漢“破壞”類近義詞的使用頻率在語內(nèi)和語際間均存在顯著性差異。總的來說,DESTROY和破壞的使用頻率最高且遠遠高于同組內(nèi)的其它詞項;第二,英漢“破壞”類近義詞的顯著搭配詞在語內(nèi)和語際間均存在異同。具體而言,在英語中,DESTROY的顯著搭配詞最多,使用范...
