【摘要】：教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)是提高“兩教”——教師素質(zhì)與教學(xué)水平的重要平臺(tái)。深入研究并促進(jìn)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè),才能在充分整合教育資源的過程中使得一些棘手的教學(xué)問題得以呈現(xiàn)與解決；才能把名師的引領(lǐng)作用充分地發(fā)揮出來；才能在根本上促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展,最終服務(wù)學(xué)生。當(dāng)前,鄂爾多斯市東勝區(qū)小學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)處于發(fā)展階段,教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)可借鑒的成果不多。已有的為數(shù)不多的研究也只是在理論層面的探討,深入的調(diào)查研究更為缺乏。至于不同類型教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)、與其他團(tuán)隊(duì)如何資源共享等方面的研究還有待進(jìn)一步去拓展。本研究運(yùn)用管理學(xué)、育學(xué)、心理學(xué)的理論,采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法和問卷調(diào)查法去探索鄂爾多斯市小學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的特點(diǎn)及理論基礎(chǔ)。分析鄂爾多斯市教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成要素、特征、建設(shè)意義。研究鄂爾多斯市小學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的可行性和建設(shè)策略。研究共分四部分：第一部分“引言”,主要交代了本研究的概念界定、研究意義,主要探討了教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的內(nèi)涵,要素構(gòu)成,良好教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的特征,教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的含義、意義及內(nèi)容,這是本研究的基礎(chǔ)性問題。第二部分“鄂爾多斯市東勝區(qū)小學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀”。通過問卷調(diào)查對(duì)鄂爾多斯市東勝區(qū)小學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了了解,在此基礎(chǔ)上指出了存在的問題,第三部分是剖析鄂爾多斯市東勝區(qū)小學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)過程中存在問題的緣由,為找出問題癥結(jié),全面解決問題理清思路、提供依據(jù)。第四部分是提出促進(jìn)鄂爾多斯市東勝區(qū)小學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的策略,從“學(xué)校創(chuàng)造良好的的環(huán)境,樹立共同的愿景和目標(biāo)；加強(qiáng)機(jī)制建設(shè),完善考核與評(píng)價(jià)；組建規(guī)模適中、結(jié)構(gòu)合理的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)；培育合作精神”四個(gè)方面論述了鄂爾多斯市小學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的策略。隨著教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)研究的深入,關(guān)于小學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的研究也將更加推進(jìn)。本研究愿拋磚引玉,以此促進(jìn)小學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍整體素質(zhì)的提升與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Teaching team is an important platform to improve teachers' quality and teaching level. Only by deeply studying and promoting the construction of teaching team, can some difficult teaching problems be presented and solved in the course of fully integrating educational resources, and the leading role of famous teachers can be brought into full play. In order to fundamentally promote the professional growth and development of teachers, and ultimately serve students. At present, the construction of teaching team in Dongsheng District of Ordos is at the stage of development, and there are few achievements that can be used for reference in the construction of teaching team. The few existing research is only in the theoretical level, the in-depth investigation and research is even less. As for different types of teaching teams, the research on how to share resources with other teams needs to be further expanded. Based on the theories of management, education, psychology, literature review and questionnaire survey, this study explores the characteristics and theoretical basis of primary school teaching team in Ordos. This paper analyzes the connotation, elements, characteristics and significance of the teaching team in Ordos. This paper studies the feasibility and construction strategy of teaching team construction in primary schools in Ordos. The research is divided into four parts: the first part, "introduction", mainly explains the definition of the concept of this study, the significance of the study, mainly discusses the connotation of the teaching team, the composition of the elements, the characteristics of the good teaching team, the meaning of the teaching team building. Meaning and content, this is the basic problem of this study. The second part is the present situation of teaching team construction in Dongsheng District of Ordos City. The present situation of primary school teaching team in Dongsheng District of Ordos City was investigated by questionnaire, and the existing problems were pointed out. The third part is to analyze the reasons of the problems in the construction of primary school teaching team in Dongsheng District, Ordos City, in order to find out the crux of the problem, to solve the problem in an all-round way, and to provide the basis. The fourth part is to put forward the strategy of promoting the construction of teaching team in Dongsheng District, Ordos City, from "creating a good environment, setting up common vision and goal, strengthening the construction of mechanism, perfecting assessment and evaluation". This paper discusses the strategies of constructing teaching team in primary school in Ordos from four aspects: setting up a teaching team with moderate scale and reasonable structure and cultivating the spirit of cooperation. With the deepening of teaching team research, the research on primary school teaching team building will be more advanced. This study is willing to promote the promotion and development of the overall quality of primary school teachers.
