【摘要】：花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)近些年越來(lái)越受到人們的重視,輕便靈活、安全娛樂(lè)、強(qiáng)身健體的特點(diǎn)使得其在小學(xué)體育教育中開(kāi)展具有很大優(yōu)勢(shì)和可行性。本文從實(shí)證角度出發(fā),通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地考察法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法對(duì)丹東市地區(qū)小學(xué)開(kāi)展花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)可行性進(jìn)行研究。從花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)的普及程度,師生對(duì)花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)的認(rèn)知和接受程度,學(xué)校的師資力量及教學(xué)設(shè)施以及影響花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的相關(guān)因素等方面進(jìn)行走訪和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,獲取足夠的樣本數(shù)據(jù),由此展開(kāi)對(duì)花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)推廣對(duì)策的思考,得到結(jié)論如下:1.花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展與推廣受諸多因素影響:學(xué)生的興趣動(dòng)機(jī),學(xué)校師資力量,學(xué)校課程安排,相關(guān)場(chǎng)地設(shè)施配備等。花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展與推廣需要從多方面多角度進(jìn)行,才能全面建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)教育的體育文化。2.丹東市地區(qū)小學(xué)大部分體育教師對(duì)花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)有了解,但對(duì)該項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能的掌握程度一般,絕大部分小學(xué)體育教師愿意將花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)引入課堂,豐富組織活動(dòng)與教學(xué)內(nèi)容。3.丹東市地區(qū)小學(xué)生對(duì)花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)有濃厚的興趣,此項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力和運(yùn)動(dòng)能力,豐富了小學(xué)生的課外體育活動(dòng),同時(shí)培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生傳承與發(fā)揚(yáng)中華民族優(yōu)秀體育文化的意識(shí)。4.花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)在丹東市具有良好的群眾基礎(chǔ)、便利的開(kāi)展條件、家長(zhǎng)的大力支持,促進(jìn)了花樣跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)在丹東市地區(qū)小學(xué)的開(kāi)展與推廣。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the pattern skipping sport. The characteristics of light and flexible, safe entertainment and physical fitness make it have great advantages and feasibility in primary school physical education. From the empirical point of view, through the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, field investigation, data statistics and other research methods, this paper studies the feasibility of developing pattern rope skipping in primary schools in Dandong. From the aspects of the popularity of the rope skipping, the cognition and acceptance of the rope skipping, the teachers' strength, the teaching facilities and the related factors affecting the development of the rope skipping, a questionnaire survey was conducted. After getting enough sample data, the thinking on the promotion strategy of pattern rope skipping is carried out, and the conclusions are as follows: 1. The development and promotion of pattern skipping is influenced by many factors, such as students' interest motivation, school teachers' strength, school curriculum arrangement, relevant facilities and facilities, and so on. The development and promotion of pattern skipping need to be carried out from many angles in order to build the sports culture of basic education in an all-round way. 2. The majority of PE teachers in primary schools in Dandong city have an understanding of the sport, but the level of mastery of the sports skills is general, and most of the primary school PE teachers are willing to introduce the sport into the classroom. Enrich organizational activities and teaching content. 3. Primary school students in Dandong City have a strong interest in the sport of rope skipping, which can stimulate students' learning power and sports ability and enrich their extracurricular sports activities. At the same time, the cultivation of students to inherit and carry forward the awareness of the excellent sports culture of the Chinese nation. 4. Pattern skipping in Dandong City has a good mass base, convenient conditions, parents' strong support, promoted the development and promotion of pattern skipping in primary schools in Dandong.
